Hi, I have booked a shipment from Hyderabad to Bhilai (Chhattisgarh). The shipment dispatched on 12th Oct 2021 and reached Mumbai Hub as a stop. But here it first shows status as 'Network Issue, Will Impact Delivery' and later updated the status as 'Load On Hold;Space Constraint-Comml Flt' for the whole day.
On calling, the bluedart customer case is saying that it is getting loaded into Flight.
I am utterly disappointed and worried as this parcel is needed to be delivered as soon as possible due to medical emergency. But no positive response is being observed from Bluedart.
