Blue Dart Express — very restricted delivery timings

Dear sir,

My AWB no is [protected]. As usual got WE MISSED YOU card as all at home are working people.

When I called your customer care number, she said that they can't deliver letter before 10 am ! She also asked me to wait till 12noon. That means, I need to take leave from office ! Or other alternative option is delivering on Saturday. But we are working on Saturdays too. You people can't deliver after 5 pm. Today is start of the week and if the letter is important.. your services suck .

Bluedart pay for delivery boys just to go to places and to drop WE MISSED YOU CARD.. It's funny. There is no HRD concept at all.

Being a prominent Courier company in India, your timings to deliver is very restricted.
It's always headache to take delivery of letters sent by BLUEDART for people who are working.

Your delivery time is morning 9am to evening 5pm

In cities like Mumbai when almost all are working, we always get your WE MISSED YOU card.

Hard life of Mumbai, working people leave home before 9 am and reach home after 5pm. That means, BLUEDART never deliver letters at one attempt at 90% cases. You don't leave letters with neighbours too.

Then we need to call your customer care and take leave to take delivery of one letter.

It's additional manpower cost to you too.. your delivery boys make 2 to 3 attempts for each letter or parcel that comes through BLUEDART.

Instead make 2 shifts for delivery ..One set if delivery boys from morning 8 am to 4pm other working till 8pm . ..So that every letter is delivered at first attempt.

Take example of Amazon delivery system . They work fantastic . Very convenient to customers.
