Blue Star — Faulty Product:Loud noise from Split AC indoor unit since the date of installation i.e 20th April 2015 | |||
Hi, First there were installation issue. The 1.5 ton AC(Model No 3HW18FA) was purchased from Croma Hyderabad, Kondapur on 4th April and forget about 24 hrs installation, it got installed on 20th April after numerous follow up with Blue Star Cust Care and Croma. The customer care of Blue Star is pathetic.If you choose the preferred language as English, the assigned rep says they are not conversant in the language and talks in Hindi.They register a SR and close it on their whims without even calling/intimating the customer. Now on the day of installation, i ask the technician to give a demo.He's very reluctant and tells that a separate session will be arranged for that.Its been one week and no one called.Rather the technician was to provide a proper bill/receipt note on installation on the very next day, but again 1 week passed and there's no trace of him. The dealer is Gayatri Cool World The machine makes terrible noise on switching on and on a regular interval.Both the indoor and outdoor unit has same noise level.Also there's no water passage through the outdoor pipe.The unit looks faulty and also the installation was done incorrectly. There's no point in calling blue star cust care and so I am raising my voice hear.Hope some blue star rep addresses this issue.The product is very much under warranty.
