Blue Star India — ac cooling issue - no proper response from service team | |||
I ve bought an blue star 1 ton AC on April with dealer of vasanth & co oldwashermenpet branch. I ve continuously two kind of issue within this two months. First complaint raised within 10 days incorrect motor was fixed and second right now crack in gas cylinder, damaged gas cylinder was fitted by blue star now it's working.. I'm the customer getting lot of troubles since purchased blue star branded AC within 2 months so I'm afraid it will continue in future and again we cannot roam for this . There is no proper response from blue star service team(22/06/19) they said will contact me within an hour still I didn't get any call. I requested them to change new unit since multiple problems within two months.. since I'm new customer for blue star. So please do needful and help me to get new unit.
