Blue Star India — ACs servicing

I have logged the Complaint for Servicing for my two ACs; one window and another Split on 6th with complaints nos as S[protected] & S[protected] on 6th Apr. Before these two more complaints were logged for servicing. To my surprise all complaint nos were cancelled.
Yesterday I had a word with your call center executive and I was informed that within 48 hours call will be attended and 48 hrs are not yet completed and will prioritize the service. But today tickets were cancelled. Again had a conversation with your call centre executive today and I was informed to wait for another 24 hrs. This type of service is not expected.
Your Ghaziabad Service partner is not serious enough to handle calls. This has happened last year also.
