I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and service experience of Blue Star.
I purchased a 2 Ton Blue Star AC around 10 months ago, but from the very beginning I never received proper cooling. During installation itself there was leakage due to improper installation. Initially the AC gave some cooling, but gradually the cooling became weaker and after some time it almost stopped cooling completely.
After my complaint, a technician visited after a few days and confirmed the leakage issue. It was repaired, but later during summer when I started using the AC regularly again, the same cooling problem continued. Even if the AC runs the whole night, the room does not cool properly. It only feels like fan air is coming. Honestly, I never experienced proper 2 Ton AC cooling since the day of installation.
Recently I again requested servicing, but even after service the cooling issue is still unresolved.
What disappointed me even more was the behavior of the service center staff. After I raised another complaint, I received a call from the service center where the representative spoke very rudely and arrogantly. Instead of helping professionally, he was giving disrespectful and improper replies. He even said, “Jaha complaint karni hai kar do, ” which is completely unacceptable behavior towards a customer.
I trusted the Blue Star brand while purchasing this AC, but my overall experience has been very poor. Beginning se hi main iss AC aur service quality se completely dissatisfied hu.
I hope Blue Star takes this issue seriously and improves both product quality and customer service experience. Was this information helpful? |
