[Resolved]  Blue Star India — Blue Star Air Conditioner PCB Not Getting Replaced.

Hi Team,

I am writing this mail to bring to your notice that the below complaint number was canceled without the customer's consent and when I asked what was the reason they told me that the Part required to replace the AC machine is not available and out of stock. I raised the first complaint on October 27 2021.

Till today nothing has been done and I was told by your Service agency - "INDO COOL SERVICES" from Vasai that to order the part I need to transfer the advance amount and I had transfer the advance amount of Rs. 5000/- after which the Service executive came and after inspection he told that the part brought can not be fitted in the AC Machine I have. As it is from the same service agency of yours who noted Machine details in prior visit and assured the Customer that after transfer of advance the New Part will be ordered and replaced.

I am puzzled and surprised to see that the Company like Blue Star is not aware of which model the customer has from their records and sent different model parts which can not be fitted. I have purchased the AC machine in the Year[protected] which is ~ 4 years old and you do not have a part called "PCB" of the same model with you to replace and you are advising customers you can not do anything and are not aware when the same model "PCB" part is available.

First of all the PCB part is inside the AC machine which has never been touched and had a defect for which I have been asked to pay Rs. 10, 800 for the part of which Rs. 500 I paid in advance already. To follow up on the same complaint, I had called Blue Star customer care again twice and on second time I was assured someone from customer care or senior member will call me to check on my issue and it is being escalated but till today no one has called or try to get in touch to check on the complaint.

I am sorry to say that your customer service is very poor and not bothered about the customer issue and leaving them in between. The AC Machine which has been purchased which is of no use for more than 50 days now. Also will advise my Friends and known people not to buy Blue Star products as they have pathetic customer service and are not bothered at all.
