Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a Blue star water purifier-Aristo RO+UV-AR4WHA01 I made this purchase through the flip cart in the month of January-2020.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well. Within span of 6 months 2 times getting repaired. Even it was not worked for 3 months also.

I heard that some times we will receive the faulty/improper working product from the company also.

Kindly note that this negative impact will decrease the customer satisfaction and it will effect the Blue star company reputation.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your action to provide me the proper working parts i.e company parts of the water purifier.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. From purchasing on wards, I am worried about this problem as we do not having potable drinking water at my area for drinking. I will wait up to 2 days before seeking third-party assistance. Please contact me below the phone numbers or mail ID.
