Blue Star India — complaint regarding free servicing | |||
My complaint is regarding my blue star air conditioner which i bought on 20th jun 2018. My father called consumer prompt centre on 16th jun 2019 (Screen shot attached with phone no) regarding free service provided by blue star. The representative named ranjita ([protected]) told that company technician will be at ur place within a week for free service and havn't provided any docket or complaint no. After a week when my father again called her regarding service, she is annoying about the last call and as my ac is out of warranty right now, she is charging a paid service for the above said item..
