[Resolved] Blue Star India — defected blue star split ac for replacement | |||
1. Bought an blue star ac on 11 january 2020 from vijay sales rohini and got it installed after two days or three. 2. Started using it from 7th april 2020 in the summers and what i found that it stopped cooling and worked merely as a fan. (Might be due to wrong installation or leakage of gas) 3. Raised a complaint at blue star customer services on 11th april and because of the repeated and extended lockdown the first visit of the technician was in the first week of june 2020. 4. Technician was unable to find the problem for a very long period and then eventually filled the gas to give a try as to chal jaayega to theek hai nahi to replace kar denge. This took 5 visits of the technician that too during the hot and scorching summer of delhi. 5. After few days, it again stopped working and the whole complaint raising, technician visit and gas filling process was repeated. This has almost taken 8 technician visits. 6. And the current scenario is that it has again stopped working and i am requesting everywhere at blue star customer care and vijay sales for replacement and they are just procrastinating for the services and replacement of this malfunctioning ac. They just not want it to get replaced by a new. 7. I live on second floor and during such high temperature days of the delhi summer this is kind of service given by blue star ac. So, i am here to suggest and recommend all my friends to never buy blue star electrical appliances. Highly pathetic customer service from blue star. Was this information helpful? | |||

I would not recommend anyone to buy BLUESTAR Room AC as I have been left running pillar to post to get my complaints resolved since 01//04/2021 that even within 10 days of purchasing my Split Inverter unit with following details:

Further 'what is the point if BLUESTAR Blue Star Limited ROOM AC s are prone to failures and are regular trouble creatures

Subject:Poor After Sales Service
Ticket number- B[protected] for customer id[protected]
I had purchased the Bluestar unit on 21st Mar 2021with lot of expectations and was installed on 23rd Mar by Your authorised service center Himalay Refrigeration & Air Conditioner. To my disappointment, I started facing issue with display of error code E6 on the indoor unit and the unit stopped cooling from 31st Mar.
I lodged a complain through the IVR system and today a technician visited to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, they could not find the root cause of the issue but speculated that some PCB may be faulty.
My request is to change the entire unit or either of the unit which may be faulty. Please let me know how soon I can get the problem resolved.
