Dear sir,
I purchased one window AC (Sl noWFA312LLGAVA01159) on April 2022. the same has been running quite well for 3- 4 months. But now the AC was not cooling not a bit might be tube leakage or gas exit. But the function was not fulfilling the purpose.
As the AC is within the warranty period I have raised a complaint for resolving the issue through the BLUESTAR app complaint no B[protected] the same has been rejected at your end.
After talking to customer service no I raised the complaint again which was also been rejected at your end now I have raised the high priority complaint since morning but neither the technician visited nor the problem has been resolved
The harassment was faced by me after calling 10 times to your customer point ([protected]) everyone was trained to say the same thing repeatedly” I put your complaint in follow up will be resolved soon “.
Now the point of facing such an issue severely hampers the motivation towards a brand product where after-sale service is such harassment.
For two days I am calling your consumer helpline 10 times and also raised 3 complaints Ticket no’s (B[protected], B[protected], and B[protected]) neither problem resolution initiated from your end till this moment. two complaints were rejected at your end another one is pending but the said technician denied the resolution.
I have all the telecall records of how frustrating the problem-resolution process is at your end.
