I have a water purifier Bluestar Aristro Model no AR4WHAM01 and serial no AR4WH1G[protected] with annual maintenance contract no 1384613 and HSN/SAC No 998719 bought on 04/03/2022 for one year. My consumer id is[protected]. On 07/07/2022 I booked a ticket no B[protected] complaining that the purified water is tasteless and taking a huge time to purify water with noise. Then on 08/07/2022 a technician from Bhaduri Sales And Service visited and estimated that there are some parts (Membrane, Post carbon filter and Eleanor Genia SV) that need to be changed.
On 23rd july 2022 from Bhaduri sales and service Sweata Mam called me to send the amc bill and said that membrane will not be provided though I have a comprehensive amc contract of Rs. 2750/-. Then she sent a technician to change Eleanor Genia SV (solenoid Valve) and closed my ticket without taking my permission. On 24/07/2022 she sent me a work completion report (attached with this mail) by email in which she claimed that she changed the parts (Membrane, Post carbon filter and Eleanor Genia SV). But Technician did not change the Membrane and Post Carbon filter during service. Also I did not provide any work completion OTP and was not satisfied with the service.
In these circumstances I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful so that proper service can be obtained from this service provider and goodwill of the great company Bluestar remains intact.
