Hi, I would not recommend anyone to buy BLUESTAR Room AC as I have been left running pillar to post to get my complaints resolved since 01//04/2021 that even within 10 days of purchasing my Split Inverter unit with following details: M-IC524DBTU BI-IC524DBTU LTAO5531 BO-IC524DBTU MYA05683 On date 21/03/2021.Since 1/4/2021 indoor unit is not cooling . Further 'what is the point if BLUESTAR Blue Star Limited ROOM AC s are prone to failures and are regular trouble creatures My request is to change the entire unit .
