Dear Bluestar Customer Support,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the Bluestar Window AC 1.5 Ton (Model: WID318L) that I purchased on 24th May 2024 from Electronics Mart, Sector 11, Gurgaon, Haryana. Unfortunately, within just 20 days o[censored]sage, the air conditioner has stopped cooling effectively.
I raised a complaint regarding this issue two days ago (19th June 2024), Ticket No: B[protected], but I have not received any response from your service team. No one has visited my home to inspect the unit, and my attempts to contact the service center (The great Indian solutions, Gurgaon, Haryana) have been futile. The customer care numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected]) provided in the message after my complaint are either not being answered or are consistently busy. I have not been able to reach them for two days despite multiple call attempts.
I am extremely disappointed with Bluestar's customer service and after-sales support. I raised a complaint two days ago, but I have not received any follow-up calls or visits from the service team. The customer care numbers provided are either not answered or perpetually busy.
This lack of response and support is unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering Bluestar products to reconsider. The poor service has been a significant inconvenience, and I am left with a non-functioning AC during the peak of summer. I expect a prompt resolution to my complaint, either through a replacement or a refund.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request a prompt replacement of the defective unit or a full refund of the purchase price. Please treat this matter with urgency, as the lack of a functioning air conditioner is causing significant discomfort.
