Blue Star — not provided service in warranty period | |||
I bought AC on 1/3/2017. Warranty period was 1 year in which I shoulf get 2 free Services. I registered complaint for Service on 6/2/2018. (Complaint no.S[protected]). But the complaint was dismissed. I had no free Service during the warranty period. And now when I register for Service, Company says it will be chargeable. No-Proper reply from the Company and also from the Dealer - Vijay Sales, CG Road, Ahmedabad. I should be given atleast 1 free service from the company, because I had registered the complaint during the warranty period. - Nandkishore Kandoi Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought an 1.5 Ton AC- aluminium coil on Jan 2017. Few months ago i found there were water leakage problem in my AC. Yesterday a technician from blue star visited and told that. I need to change the coil.. In this case i want to know what is the coil warranty and how it will get damaged??
