Have invested in Nice Vista by paying full amount of 10 lacs in 2006. he cheated by allotting differnet sites though there is agreement clause for refund 12% interest anytime but he started asking mainintanace cahrges of 6 lacs without site..Most dishonest fellow..Today I am in trouble without site and money from last 15 years.. Will file a case agaist him

Mr Raju is the architect of all the bad practices that his company practices. He is the whole and sole owner and everyone of his staff is just a puppet in his hands. Obviously you are not the first one to get cheated by these crooks.

Once your deposit and money is in, he will treat you and drive you away like a dog when you walk into his office. It is better that you report to the black money reporting program of india to investigate this KSN Raju and what he did with all your money. He obviously has amassed huge amounts of wealth by cheating so many of his earlier investors in Smilee Anandavana 1, 2, 3, and 3 more developments in Bangalore. He will take our money and never finish the development. If you want proof, go and see for yourself 4 layouts he has made in Dodballapur road, Smilee Anandavana 2, 3, and two other new layouts he has sold near Anandavana 2 and 1. Even after 10 years of launching these layouts, no pucca roads, no electricity, park or amenities and some people who built homes there believing him have just abandoned their houses and gone away.

Do not just complain here, take a bold step and teach these guys what honesty is all about.

Is anybody willing to take action against this man and report him to authorities.. Everything that has been said here about him is totally true.. He drives anyone who comes to talk to him from SAV 2 or 3 as dogs. Please let us know here what the current status of SAV2 and 3 is and how far he has fulfilled his promises of roads, water, electricity and sewage that he has said he will provide year after year over last 12 years..

I donot agree with this.I had invested in their first project and later in their phase 3. Phase 3 was delayed due to approval.All the same now I have registered the plot.I had booked at 500 rupees per sftnow it is selling at 900.

We have registered an FIR against Mr. Raju for cheating - non- return of money after cancellation of site booking. As someone already mentioned, he has been demanding money over and above the amount in the agreement just before registration. After cancelling the booking, he has been dodging us and has been delaying the return of booking amount. If anyone is in similar situation, please write to me at [protected]@yahoo.com. We can jointly sue him in court and make sure police take action against him and arrest him. I also have contacts with a reputed newspaper in Bangalore and am planning to contact them with his misdeeds so others do not fall into the same trap. I am one one of the investor and faces so many issues. I booked the plot @ 475 sqft in 2007. When I asked for registration in 2010 (after approval). They said I need to pay full amount (17 lacks) and later they will allot the plot which is meaning less. Who will pay full amount with out knowing what I am getting? Some of my friend paid and till now they didn't get plot allotment also.

Raju is insisting that you take your money back. I also agreed because I don't time to fight legally with him. Till date I haven't received single rupee back.. Almost 6 lacks is blocked there. Finally decided to go legally and filling the case in consumer court as well as civil court to take action against him / bluevalley..

So please pay only at the time of registration not before like on agreement. As a software professions we may not have time to spend on this type of issues..

Yes, I also agree, my money is also blocked with Bluvalley from 2007 arround 8 lacs. He is No1 without any ethics and values. forget about getting your site registartion, he is not even giving the original amount. I am not sure how people would be like that. It’s really weird that you guys are spoiling image of a person. It’s very easy to spoil someone's image by using portals of this kind, but one should not misuse it. The authors of these comments may be a sacked employee or from the company competitors or other websites who post comments and then blackmail to the company in terms of money for deleting those comments. And then the company has no option except paying money to these people to maintain and to rebuild their image. So I'll suggest to the people who all are interested, don’t trust blindly these authors and the builder too, check the company website, go directly to the company, do verification at the site, then only take the decision. Don’t take the decision by reading just comments on the sites.

They buy lands illegally. None of the lands do have clear deeds. There are cases that are still in the court for hearing. Please don't get cheated from them.

It is very easy to malign someone’s image just by writing in internet. Blue valley is in market for more than 10 years. I have gone to their office to finalize one of their project mysore, I met their MD who was refered by a friend of mine. Found them very professional. I told them that I can book only after legal verification which they readily agreed. Only after I did the legal verification I booked the plot. They did not even insist on blocking amount before giving their legal papers. This I found very professional .

In any industry there are unsatisfied customer. No company can claim to have satisfied all customer 100%. May be the negative comment about blue valley is by one such customer. But I have dealt with them and found them very courteous. I have met their MD couple of times. I personally feel that sending gundas is too much fantasy than reality.

Can you let me know your view/suggestion if somebody invested in smilee celestica project, near chandapur, electronic city?

All the above are true regarding the Bluevalley & B...d Raju who will just cheat one & all. He has been doing that for years .
I know of atleast 7 people who are victims. Their own employee has left some comments as to what a brute & dishonest group Bluevalley is.

I agree with you. Things changed over the course of the project. Me and my brother ( we both are NRI), invested with an advance three years back. We haven't received any official allotment or registration papers. We paid all our installment according to their schedule. Their VP of marketing is never responsive and doesn't even bother to call back or respond to the queries. Now they are saying why we don't we take back the money. Why should we? Shouldn't they honor their commitment.

I hope what others are positively saying about Mr.Raju is true and he is not aware of what his staff is upto. Either ways, it is hard to believe that he won't be aware of the happenings in his company.

Apart from fraudulent activities, cheating many customers, the owner of the company (www.bluevealley.in) - Suryanarayana raju has also cheated his employees by not paying their due salaries to his many staff for several months, when asked he is threatening them, uses abusive languages. He is also rogue, a big fraud and he must be getting caught again by cops. Employees will surely complain against his forgery, illegal business activities. But he resides in lavish bungalow nearby RT nagar locality. This person is 420 and he must be punished under the law at any cost. Let us come together take appropriate legal actions and make sure raju is put behind bar.

State Bank of India sends all Cheque Books through Speed Post to the residence of the Account Holder. Against my request for a new Cheque book, a Cheque Book was sent SBI Mumbai on[protected] to my residence falling under Vejalpur Post Office of Ahmedabad. This Cheque Book was never delivered.

When enquiring with my branch at Ahmedabad, on[protected], it was informed that the Cheque Book could not be delivered due to non-availability of residants for 5 consecutive days as REMARKED BY THE POSTMAN ON THE ENVELOPE. SBI recovered Rs. 50 from me for handing over the Cheque Book from the branch.

This was disgusting as no Popstman visited my residence on any day as my family remained at home all through and the security personnel also confirmed the same. I wish Government should monitor the behaviour of all Postmen by any means and improve credibility of its services.

I have sent reserved rail ticket having PNR No.[protected], DOJ 15.06.09 from Jalandhar City to Lucknow in name of my daughter 1 thru Speed Post Ref no. EU[protected]IN. The total cost of the ticket is Rs. 1594/- only. I have sent this ticket in envelop from Lucknow AP Sabha PO (Near Shakti Bhawan, Narhi) post office.This speed post made on 14.05.09.and today is 03.06.09. I had send my courier to Columbus, USA on Feb 23,2010. It has reached to Chicago, insted of Columbus and remain unattended for 2 days. Now tracking record message o[censored]SPS show " Your item was returned to the sender on March 5, 2010 because it was not claimed by the addressee" . How can a addressee of Columbus claim a paecel at Chicago? If i have mentioned adddress and pincode, then it should reach there instead of some wrong place. Whose mistake is this? Address is printed, so no chance of difficulty in understanding handwritting. Morewhere it take 10 min everytime at customer care to attain a call. Regarding the same complain they ask me to send a fax of complaint letter. Comeon, in which age we are living? why can't Speedpost provide a email complaint service? Speedpost tracking is pathetic, worse than worst. It is nonfunctiong half of the time and rest of the time, it gives message as no movement even though parcel has reached to Chicago.

I have been calling again and again to your naraina office but I am sorry to say that no body is giving any assurance. I have launched a complaint No. 147121 but not recieved any redressal so far.
