Bluedart — bluedart prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery

The Bluedart has failed to deliver my parcel having my waybill number [protected]. The parcel is not even at their hub and is with their employee Anil Yadav ( mobile number+91 [protected]) who is not answering the call. I am constantly trying to reach bluedart and their employees for my parcel and they are not resolving my issue. At this point, I am mentally tormented by them.
