This is to expose a new age cheating done by some persons from new delhi. This so called person address herself as shaivya nautiyal, will post job offers on various job portals such as naukri.com and freelancer.com for hiring academic writers. [protected]@bmglobalsol.com Nature of cheating. They gave advertisements on various web portals for hiring academic experts and will offer them good pay per writing. It can vary from[protected] per writing. Later they will assign some small tasks in the beginning to the writers and will pay for them. It will be 400-500 inr. During this time, they will be in touch with the employers frequently though whatsapp using the number (+[protected] for gaining the trust. This person will identify herself as shaivya nautiyal, but in truecaller, the name is zoya qureshi. Once after attaining the trust, they will start assigning big tasks worth[protected] and will ask you to write and submit within a deadline. Soon after the submission, they will assign another task to the same writer and will inform, his/her payment for the last work will be credited to his paytm / bank account in 2 days. And they will request the writer to complete the next task before 1-2 days. This will goes on until the writer doubts about her cheating. Whenever they feels, the writer is hesitating to write further without clearing previous dues, they will block the writer on whatsapp and on phone. They will address you, as they are a corporate and will try to say, corporate payments have their own formalities and will take its time. But the funny thing is this corporate dont have a website of its own, clearly showing the cheating nature. When i check with ministry of corporate affairs, i came to know that, they are not a company even, and are not registered. They are just fooling people and making money using talents across india and abroad. I have attached a photo because, a similar photo was seen on their whatsapp, i have screenshot of that. I will send a copy of this complaint to them, just to confirm, if they have any obligations in posting the facts about them and their photos. I will act accordingly, as per their reply. If the attached photo does not belongs to shaivya nautiyal, who is associated with b&m global solutions, you can inform me and i will remove that photo. But for clarity, let me tell you, a similar photo is there in their whatsapp number along with a man. I am assuming it may be either her friend, colleague or some one else. I will post that photo too, if i am not getting any reply from them. Just beware of this scam. These guys will go to any extent, for cheating. Donot accept any work without any escrow payment. Yes true, the B&M global is a hoax company and is cheating people. Don't fall into such traps. They even post their requirements in Naukri.

Initially we were not interested in replying to this guy’s allegation of cheating freelancers, however, our silence can be mis- Interpreted as our acceptance of guilt. So here is what actually has happened:
This guy – Sujith Vijayan who also runs a company called Verde Solutions (Forex Trading), Trivandrum (Kerala) was hired from freelancer portal to work with us on project management assignments, and we were working regularly since then.
Initially on joining he did not raise any payment issues and due to that we began trusting him. Despite of informing him that our payment cycle is on 7th of each month, this guy started building pressure that he must be paid upfront for the assignments (Which is not possible considering that the work has to be approved by the client and take around 4-5 days of time).
We gave him 2 assignments to be done on 7th September 2017 and the deadline was 9th September 2017.
Below the screenshot of us giving him assignment and his confirmation on the same.
After he gave the work on past the deadline, still he dropped the mail that the work should not be used and he can send the work tomorrow morning, he did not took permission for that. We even had a writer who was willing to do this instead of Sujith Vijayan, but we went ahead with Sujith Vijayan, since we were working with him for long. Below is the screenshot of this.
Thus as you can see he did not meet the deadline of the client and pressurizing us for money.
It does not end here he even began threatening us to post photos and wrong emails online, we in no way are supposed to release his payments considering his threats and his unprofessional behavior.
FREELANCER123 AND FREELANCER234 are his freelancer accounts from which he has been posting bad about our company for the reasons explained above.
We have been in this business for last good 5 years now and we already have a team of more than 200 people working with us on freelancer and naukri.com, yet he is only one complaining about payment.
Thus, we don’t think it requires any further clarification on our company’s part for these false mails.

Shaviya & Dinkar Nautiyal are both husband and wife running this company. Only true thing in their online details is the address of the Mumbai company. They do cheat in their work and have very poor work ethics and no team or department to carry out their work. I've worked with them and they haven't paid me my salary so can't imagine for the people doing their work online. They are cheaters. Do not work with them & they don't have any company in Delhi. They both are starters in this field who are scamming many people online and offline too.
