BMW India — bmw- x5 remote complaint on last 2 years

Hi bmw service,

I had bought bmw x5 on 2017 march and after 2 months i head an issue on battery which is not working so i visited to showroom complainted the same but the refer to change battery. I accepted that and changed 2 times from evm autocraft calicut.. But the issue is continuing, so i want a solution for that to replace my remote in warranty, actually i’m from kannur, and i need to travel 100 km far from here... If the issue is heading from bmw and can’t resolve from your side.. We will not choose of refer to anyone bmw series. Make it a solution for my concern.
