We regret to bring to your kind notice that we are facing following problems with our bmw car.

1} the roof mount has become loose and it has come down thereby falling on the head.

2} the interiors on all the four doors have peeled off and it has become sticky, thereby becoming difficult to open or close the doors.

I had bought the car with high expectation and could never expect these problems from high-tech car like bmw.

Please look into the matter immediately so that the above defects are rectified as soon as possible free of cost.

Looking forward for solution as soon as possible.
