BMW India — mismatch in specifications before booking and provisions after booking

Dear bmw india,
You guys make wonderful cars and now as such i am a proud owner of your x4 xdrive 30d, which is worth a tonne of money. Further we understand that bmw will deliver what it promises.

Now a confusion may have arisen where in, previous to booking of the car, we were told that it will come with a display key, and even the catalogue specifications, forwarded to us by mr pankaj contains, the display key as standard parameter. Please refer to the attachment. It is on record that this specification catalogue was send to my whatsapp no. [protected], and i still have it.
The feature was confirmed by mr. Pankaj sharma (Krishna automobiles chandigarh) to us when we were floating queries to him.

Now as such we do not treat that mr pankaj has concealed anything and he may have delivered as per bmw policy, but it came to us as a rude shock that the bmw display key now does not feature as a part of the car anymore.
Since, the car we purchased was not readily available with the dealer, and it came through prior booking, we remained obvious of the above fact or other wise we may have chosen another car.
You can be proud o[censored]s, as you should ask mr. Pankaj that we did not even visit his outlet, and the complete communication, from booking, to full payment in advance, and then only subsequently delivery was taken.
Such is the assurance that brand bmw carries, and germans, have a knack for delivering the highest quality in addition to customer satisfaction.

Now i take this opportunity, not to blame either the dealership, or bmw within its right, not to give a display key, at any stage, but i request that this display key should be provided to us as a special case < as the confusion arose due to sharing of this specification chart and based upon our earlier queries with regard to special features that come with car, and this display key was exhibited to us as your unique selling point, during marketing of this car.
Ours is a reputed company with almost all directors having various luxury cars with them.
This is the second bmw in our family, although the earlier one was bought from the same dealership in 2009, under the same billing : girdhari lal constructions pvt. Ltd.

We feel that we deserve a bmw display key, with this car, and we will be highly obliged.
Your customer care representative ankur was equally concerned with respect to the anomaly that has occurred during the purchase of the above mentioned car, and hope the same is removed in the shortest possible time.
