Board Of School Education Haryana — private school not giving slc, even given charges of 1000rs for slc

Dear mam/sir

My neighbour munni is a house working woman, she has monthly income less than 5000rs, her husband is a construction labour worker.
During lockdown, they have no much income source.
Their two children was studing in private school bv high school, rathpur colony, pinjore before lockdown.
She has made admission of her two children sohit and mohit in near government school.
Government school need student registration number to add these children on school register, so that they can give them books.
Priniciple of this private school, named rani ([protected]) not giving slc certificate from last two months even taken 1000 rs from munni as she is not educated.
If some one goes with munni to rani school, she misbehave and does not allow to talk to other person.
Please have a look into this matter.
