[Resolved] Boat — 5 days no response for complaint

I have send my product for the warranty claim as i had some issues with the product but didn't got any further status of the claim its been five days. I was informed that i'll get the response within 4 days from the time they get the product. I also tried to get connected to there customer service representative but everytime an automated voice made me wait for 4 minute and later informed that the customer service representative was unable to reach to me they will connected me after some time and the call will get disconnect complaint no:596602

Received the product on 22nd october complaint was raised on 27 september delay in service but happy that I got the replacement product thank you boat.

boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
