[Resolved] Boat — Replacement of the defective product is not shipped after 48 hrs of verifying the defective product.
I have purchased Boat Airdopes alpha swedish white earbuds on 5 July 2023.
After one month o[censored]se i am getting issue in the product & i registered a complaint to claim the warranty of the product on 5 August ( ticket no[protected] but there is no pickup of the product & they cancelled the pickup two times and closed the ticket.
Then, I registered a complaint again just after the ticket closed on 11 August (ticket no[protected] & same thing happened again no pickup of product & their courier partner cancelled the pickup two times again and at last the ticket is closed.
After this I registered a complaint again to claim the warranty of the product on 13 August (ticket no[protected] & their is no pickup in first time & their courier partner cancelled the pickup again without contacting me. After this i scheduled to revisit me to pickup the product & they didn't pick the product & I have to go 16km to give them product for replacement.
After all my product reached the boat testing hub & they verified the issue & accept the claim of the product & said that New product for this will be shipped in 5 days to your address.
I contacted Boat's customer service support they said that my product will be dispatched to my addres within 24-48 hours.but yet after 48 hours my replacement product is not shipped by them & no information regarding this
Please help me.

Boat dispatched my replacement product as this complaint reached to boat team. Today on 26 august i get my product delivered.
