I have raised complaint for my defective product under warranty, they picked up my product for warranty replacement on 03 Oct 2023 and after 07 oct 2023 there's no update from boat team, I reached out their social media platform (photos attached) several times also called customer care but every time, they said we have escalated your issues still my issue not resolved.
Kindly refund my money or replace my product at earliest.
