Boat — 5 days passed and i did not get the product or any update inside the portal.

My ticket no is 1065150 the boat service portal shows that the replacement unit is issued but 5 days completed i did not get the product or any update inside the portal.

i tried too many times By calling customer support of imagine marleting pvt. ltd. but they did not answer the calls
