I would like to escalate that even after several (5 times) replacement and follows up mails, neither the replaced model 138 working nor new model is replaced nor refund.
We are really upset with the worst service ever. We trusted this brand and purchased, not even a month we used the product from the date of purchase till date even after 5 replacements.
Please refund our amount, we are not interested in the product anymore. Don't play with customer money with your poor quality products and services Was this information helpful? |
