Boat — After my item picked up for warranty claim I didn't receive any update for my ticket 2346796.

I request for warranty claim as sensor is not working properly. My item is already reached to destination by courier partner it is visible in website. But I didn't receive any update for my product. And it's already about to complete one month but not received any single mail. So please help me regarding this. Ticket number is 2346796.
