I had claimed my warranty on 16july and pick up was done by their logistic partner blue dart on 18 July.After taking 11-12 days, On 29 July they are saying that my one of earpiece was damage.They told me that I have to share proof of delivery then after requesting to their logistic partner i shared.After that they told me to forward a mail taking from their logistic partner blue dart, I also done this but after all this also their is no response.
I want to know if anybody's product was damaged then also pick has to be done.If it is so then in written they provide me.

Your coustomer care behaviour is also not good. Always they are telling that mail to their technical support department.
They are responding after 3-4 days again the same thing is repeating.
