I ordered two airbuds in the month of june and had to cancel them both within 24 hours itself. Each cost ₹1899. Only one order has been refunded. I called them a lot of times and written emails in these past months but they never took it seriously. They will either lie saying that they will resolve it in 5 days or hang up the call as soon as they introduce themselves. This is after lots of waiting in queue. Once i even got pissed at them after waiting for hours and getting my call cut twice in a row and told them i’ll complain to Cyber crime and they lied again that they’ll refund my amount shortly but they never did. I had also asked them to send me an email with follow up process several times and they never did. I have been toiling behind this for 4 months.
