I bought the airdopes in the month of August and by the month of October I have issues with the product. On 15/11/2021, I visited ascent service centre in Basavanagudi, Bangalore and was told that the product will be replaced and delivered to my address within 10 days and today morning that is 19/11/2021 I received the product and after checking I am still finding the same issue and I think I've been resent the same defective product and I'm very dissatisfied with it because even after raising the complaint if I've been sent the same defective product then I don't understand what kinda unprofessional customer service are you providing?
I expect to receive a proper refund or a proper replacement of the product so that I do not have to come back here to write to you.
