This issue is going on since 15 march. Boat kept closing my old tickets and opening new ones so that the issue doesn't look old.
I hope this email finds you. I had asked for refund. When the pick up person came they also said it's return and I need to give entIre product. I gave the entire product and currently don't even have the box with me. I had requested for refund as I had already accepted replacement once. The second time around I was frustrated with all the problems and was looking for REFUND only. I gave back everything. I had bought blue colour earphones. Many days later a replacement came but only earphones that too pink colour used and old. Many days later I was able to return. Again today only earphones came no accessories. The problem is since day 1 I am asking for refund and not replacement. Don't understand why earphones are sent in Corona times. I rejected this delivery. I want my money back. I just want my refund. The earphones have caused so much inconvenience. Please pleas please give back my money. I am tired with the issue. Please give my money. Just give back my money and finish all this. I didn't want to mail you like this but was left with no choice.thanks in advance. Please refund.
