Boat — Airdopes 138 warranty issue

Bought an airdopes 138 for my frie d and since not working properly, registered a complent(complaint no 2866239) under warranty and the produict was picked up by xpressbees on d 30th july 2021 and he did not give an aknowledge slip. Buy i received an AWB No - [protected]). The product reached imagine / boAt service centre.

It is almost 2months... The replacement or d same product is yet to be received.

4 timss calks made to customer care butno proper responce.

10times maiks sent to 4 mail ides no responce

Please any one respond and give an answer... Whether i will get d profuct back por lost d monry.
