Boat — Couldnt hear calls on my smartwatch, now its working fine

I bought the boAt Chrome Horizon in May 2025 but didn’t use it much as I was out of station. When I came back and finally tried it, I noticed I couldn’t hear anything during calls. I thought the watch was faulty. I called customer support but couldn’t connect to an agent the first time. I tried again and luckily got through.
I told them about the problem. They asked me to reset the watch, but that didn’t help. Then they told me to check if I had given all the necessary permissions to the smartwatch on my phone. I had missed that part. Once I allowed everything, they asked me to test it right away. And it worked perfectly. The calling feature is clear now, no issues at all.
