With reference to order # 92461, placed during the Black Friday sale,
on the BoAT website, on the 27-Nov, for Airdopes 412 Blue, i received the package on 3-Dec. But on checking the same, found that the bubble wrap packaging was already opened & in the box, earphone itself with the charging case was missing. Other things in the box like marketing material, charging cable & earplugs were found to be intact. A ticket was logged for the same on 3-Dec (ticket id 1801514), and a return pickup was arranged for 4-Dec. But the courier refused to pick the same as the earphones were missing. This is my first purchase with BoAT and the experience is turning out to be a disappointing one. I am not looking for a refund but proper delivery of the product that i purchased. Attached are the supporting documents.
As discussed with BoAT customer care on 4-Dec, have mailed the same to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. Need a resolution soon. Was this information helpful? |
