[Resolved]  Boat — Amount deducted but order not placed in boAt

I have paid 3399 RS for boat stone 1200 F olive colour on June 16 but i haven't recieved any confirmation on the order.one notification showed after ordering that i have to confirm the payment with the mechant.i have already sent mail to boat support but that mail is in the Queued status.As of now i haven't got any refund. I need a order confirmation or refund as soon as possible.

I mailed company and the replied after 4 days they have initiated the refunding process.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am having a same issue. Phone no. Given is not valid or switched off and the maul is showing address not found.
