I order my boat stone 1500 from its official website on 9th dec 2020 .its been more then 2 weeks and I still haven't received my product Order no- 110145 The product haven't even shipped yet, I have continuously tried to get in touch with customer care but no one is responding. I have repeatedly dropped the email and constantly trying customer care number. I am frustrated and now want to cancel my order and get my refund +5 photos Was this information helpful? boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 06, 2021 Updated by sagar_parmar There is still no response from the company, nor they have shipped the product yet .. please follow up from your side
