This has been the worst customer care service I have experienced ever. It all started on 5th March-2021.
I tried to book Rockerz boat Bluetooth headphones on https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/ on 5th March 2021. At first, I did not make any profile, as I was in hurry, so I did it as a user guest. My money got deducted but my order was not placed. So I called up boat's customer care and I was told not to worry about the deduction, as it will be refunded within 7 days. And I should sign up first before I place an order. I did the same and it was successful.
It has been 5 months since(today it is 4-august-2021) and I still have not received any call leave aside refund of the amount. In those 5 months, I emailed them( at [protected]@boathelp.freshdesk.com and [protected]@imaginemarketindia.com) many times, and every time I got the only system-generated message( " Your request has been received and our team will get back to you). I also called up their customer care and provided them with the bank transaction details but it was no different story. They would say, " we have escalated your complaint to the concerned department, and our team will contact you soon". Was this information helpful? |
