I have recently try to order this headset. I paid for it through gpay. Transaction got successful in that but it is showing that there is transaction pblm in the boat payment page . I got my money loss.!! What should I do??

      Hi I have ordered boat airdopes 131 on 20 June 2021, it was delivered on 24 june...but due to some personal problems I couldn’t use it at that time but on last week I opened it & noticed there is Bluetooth pairing issues...so i request you reslove my issues as soon as possible...

        Dear Boat Team,

        Ticket#2366791 was logged on 16th May for claiming the warranty for faulty airdopes 121 v2 active black. The faulty item was delivered to your service center by blue dart courier on 21st May.

        But there is no update on this ticket even after 2 months. When tracking the status of this ticket on your support website, it shows only the status of 18th May. I have called multiple times to your call center but your executives have absolutely no clue about this ticket.

        I am sorry to say but this is the worst customer service experience i have encountered till now wherein more than 2 months have passed and there is no update on the ticket.

        This is a perfect example of harassing a customer and setting an example of worst customer service experience.

        I would request you to please take action and try to resolve this ticket at the earliest.

          My airpods doesn't start and if they start and i cannect it in any device then the audio doesn't come and left side earpiece always shutdown after I disconnect it from any device so it doesn't charge when I keep the earpit in the chase

            I purchase last year boat 255f Bluetooth headphone but from march its right side sound non audible I complained about my 255f Bluetooth headphone on 13 may and its picked up by service partner he take it. I will wait as site alredy mention its take 20 days .i called after 25 days they have no answer. I mailed many times my complain ticket no but its has same status through out 10july i again called they tell me invoice bill picked up message screen shot i mail him but i still did not get my product .
            My question is why company clim that they settele complain within 18 to 20.
            Why sites not updates complain status .
            Why service center not called me back about my product status .
            No message no mail
            Even i try to add fresh complain and menon old ticket no they send us message for product picked up with 4working days .
            I must say this is totally unethical.
            I feel tourcher like situation within these period. Please help me out

                BoAt Bluetooth Airdopes keeps getting disconnected and pathetic service/response from Customer Care

                I have bought boAT Bluetooth Airdopes 441 Pro from Amazon in the last week of May 2021. Since from the day 1 I received the product, it keeps getting disconnected and reconnecting for every 2-3 minutes. Since, it was lockdown when I received the faulty product, I couldn't able to connect to Customer Care as well. After lift up of lockdown, I tried contacting their customer service center in Begumpet, Secunderabad over phone and they asked...

                  Hello Sir/Madam,
                  I use Boat Airdopes 381, everything is fine playing music games multimedia, however during call they keep disconnecting and connecting, it is very inconvenient to attend calls . I bought them from in March this year . Please resolve the issue at the earliest .

                          I purchased Boat Rockerz 258 Pro in Reliance Digital for 1400 and in less than 2 weeks, the headset didn't turn on. They asked me raise a complaint to avoid delay in getting a replacement product. So, raised a compliant and the product was picked up. The status update is that I'll be hearing from them in 2 days.I waited more than a week and still no update in the status. The major issue is that we are not able to connect with the support team. If you call their number, you will have to wait to atleast 15 mins in the counter and when your call about to be picked, you get a message that team busy and they gonna call back, which never happened. Finally, I connected with them, they said there was no stock and the management hasn't decided what to do in my case. I got really irritated, it's been more than 3 weeks and they haven't decided. After another 2 weeks, I got a replacement product, but ### have sent a different product which is less than the price of the product that I have bought. They think people are dumb and will accept anything they give as a replacement. I would have accepted it, but the product I purchased didn't even last for a month.I couldn't digest that. As we are in a pandemic, I can understand the delay. If i raise a complaint, it's gonna take a month for them to respond. I totally have to forget about 1400. I would suggest not to go for Boat products, their CUSTOMER service is worst.

                              I placed an order for airdopes 131 on the website boat-lifestyle.com and it showed it accompanied with a boat mask worth 499. I paid in the website through paytm and money was deducted from my account but no confirmation email came from boAt neither can I track my order with order Id.

                                I bought this product from Myntra. I ordered this product on 04/06/2021. My invoice was generated on 06/07/2021. I recieved this on 11th of July. Only within a week I faced an that when calling someone. The person on the other end hears an echo sound and also the sound is not clear. This is the biggest problem. This is not satisfactory.

                                    I placed an order on 19th of June. My order id is #492279. Its been a month, but i havent recieved any information about my order. I tried cancelling my order, but could not find option to cancel the order. I could not contact them through customer support also.
