Mobile charging is too slow now from last 2week

I want to retun & replace the product it is not working from past it Got delivered its just vibrating.

I am jaspreet singh, from ropar, Rupnagar Punjab. I have purchase Boat airpodes on 28 may, 2021. Ear podes are working fine but from last 2 weeks they suddenly stopped working. they connect automatically without asking
any permission. i am unable to charge them .charger is also not working.
So, As i have recently purchased these ear podes and they are in warranty . i want them replaced.
Please do the need full ASAP.

I have paid 1149 via Paytm gateway but on boat it says technical issues and order was not completed ... I mailed 3times to boat but no reply from them.
I also mailed txn I'd of the amount

Earphone not properly working
Mic not working

Head set is working in app and not working in other app
volume is becoming very less
one side headphone is not working

I have to purchase the boat airdope 431 red for may month 2021. left side airdpe not working then i have to replacement the product last month but after one week in same issue for left side airdope not working. i have to request refund the amount or kindly provide for anothor model airdopes.

I couldn't get my boAt rockerz 236v2 from 2 month's my ticket number is 2311528 and my AWB number [protected] please see my request

The right one doesn't work, both of them don't get charged even after charging them for hours. I want to request you to send me a new pair of airdopes instead of this or refund my money, please

I want to exchange my product .but in my account exchange option is no showing ..i have called customer care 7-8 times but they only say mail kro but no reply of mails

I placed warranty for my boat Bassheads 100 (white) on 1 June 2021. It was received by the company and everything went well and I received a notification that my earphones will be arriving on 15th June, but the delivery man never came. When I checked the status of my ticket on boat support website, it shows "product delivered to your address" but I never got it. It's been almost a month since when the should've arrived. Please deliver to me my earphones Boat.

I register a complaint about Boat Bassheads 152 because both side and the mic was not working. They took it from me, and I also got a message from Boat that they were returning the exchanged product through XpressBees on 26th may 2021. It was about to reach on 30th May, but the courier service (XpressBees) called me and informed that my product was at a different location and they will deliver on the next day. In the evening
I got a message from Boat that my product is delivered and my complaint is closed. I called the XpressBees but they avoided my calls and did not deliver my product even after 3-4 days. I called Boat customar care, told everything, they asked me to mail a complaint but did not take any step. It's been almost two months, but I didn't get any information from Boat customer care and the courier service. I have every details and the call recordings with the courier service (XpressBees) as proof.

I have faced technical issue due to my transaction . During purchasing on website on the customer end he refund my amount . But at my end no payment was received on behalf of this information am contacting then he gives a reference number regarding payment . So please look into this matter. Do the needful as soon as possible.

I ordered airdopes 402 in jan 1 2021 and had an issue with charging in jun 7.Warranty Clamied and the replacement product also has issue regarding charging, pairing etc..
The replacement product don't have the original quality

I have place an order and Rs.1249 was deducted from my account, but i haven't received any confirmation message that my order has been placed successfully & when I'm going to get it.

Boat rockers 450 headphones were not working properly so they were given for replacement, it's been 3 months I haven't received it .Plenty of emails have been sent but still there is no response, this is such a poor service

On 10 th july 2021 buy boat airdopes 131 on boat official website.
I click the buy now button and payment via paytm
1299 is debited in my account from razor pay
And i have payment successful mail from paytm
But the website browser show me( something went wrong)
So my order is not fulfilled. It's cannot go to the next page. I don't have tracking id or order ID I tried to reach the support section on boat website So my money is threatening by boat official website he never contact me properly. So I Raise a complaint against boat
