I have been purchased 2 Carrier AC on 18th May 2024 n delivered on 19th may 2024 which not yet installed by Concerned Company.

    I bought the AC last 10 months ago. Worked for exactly 3 months. After that it didn't work. I told customer care 5 months ago. the workmen repaired it and it didn't work, they said that it was a PCB problem and they replaced it and after 15 days they replaced it with a new PCB one but the dispay didn't come and they also came more than 10 times. It has been 5 months. No clear answer was forthcoming. I also told the showroom where I bought...

      Respected sir,
      i have purchased 1.5 ton, inverter ac from amazon on 29-5-19 . (bill attached)after 3 years, ac started a problem. During extreme hot days, it become overload and autocut automatically. After so many times, it starts .
      I contacted toll free customer service number and assigned service requests three times. 2 times they cancelled my request without visiting my home. (file attached).
      From 2nd of june till last tuesday, four carrier agents named pankaj, deepak, aslam and anmol visited my home .(file attached)
      all said that there is an issue in the compressure and its in warranty.Company will replace it within warranty. I have to pay for the gas only.I agreed .
      But sorry to say that till today, there is no replacement of my ac compressure .Every time thy come to my home, take pictures of ac inner and outer unit, go back ...The issue is still on its previous stage .
      I am really fed up. Please sort it out or i have to take any further action.

        Call Customer Care, she ask me who installed the AC? I ask is carrier send their engineers to install the AC? You gave authorization to shopkeeper to install AC. She said, if fault due to installation you have to pay. I said why i pay, If they are not able to install AC properly its my fault. If My AC not Fixed i go to Consumer court. I never buy Carrier AC in My Life nor suggest

          Dear Sir and Mam,

          Earlier vide my complaint letter dated 23/5/2023 I had made complained reg. not cooling & tripping of frequently my split a/c to ur good self.Responding the same service engineer o[censored]r company paid visit to me & tried to iron out the problem, but the said problem is still persisting & finally the said a/c now stopped functioning & cooling & some foul smell is also billowing from it causing great inconvenience, anguish & trauma to me & my family in such a scorching, sweltering & blistering heat prevailing now a days.
          U are therefore humbly requested to personally take up the matter on top priority basis to iron out the said problem forthwith & oblige.

            I have brought carrier AC from anandamela at katwa on 8th June 2023. 9th June it was installed but there is a cooling issues on my AC. But Raju Adhikari who is a member of anandamela, indifferent to the matter. When I call, he are talking badly. Not saying anything when it will be fixed.
            Please take appropriate action.

              Up till now our complaint has not been attended. Whenever we call customer care, we just get one reply that engineer will come and check within 48 hours but not provided any solution

                My Name is Apurva Gandhi register number with Carrier is [protected], I had taken AMC for my window Air Conditioner purchased in 2021.

                Since One Month I have had an issue with my AC that there is water dripping after 3-4 hours, the service fellow comes and replaces some parts but the issue is not resolved.

                Every time at midnight the AC air flow stops and there is ice accumulation in front and water drips,

                Every time I share a video and pics, now this is a height they do not believe that there is an issue.

                The sensor, remote, 2 times capacitor, and the motor is replaced, but the issue is not resolved.

                I Hope Carrier may have a proper ASP who can resolve the issue or if can't at least take the AC back.

                Attach pics that carry the date and time, I am' losing good sleep and in midnight lodging a complaint.

                Hope the Afer sales team is serious to understand the reputation of a well known organization and product which is well-sold in INDIA

                  I purchaged Split Ac from M/s Gupta Distributors, Puri dt. 16.04.2022 when the Company Technician come to service 3rd free service in warranty period he got noticed the indoor cooling coil defect, and gas leaked .then I contact the Customer care Executive and their Authority they assured me to change the cooling coil new one, still now thet are unable to repair it .
                  So therefore I request you to kindly take strong action .

                    My customer relationship ID 91994864 . I have been waiting for your service for the past 11 days. I don't understand why a reputed company like carrier is so bad at service. Now i regret buying the ac from carrier. Every day I was following up with the carrier customer relationship person And he replies saying that the technician will contact me in half an hour. This is going on for the last 10 days. I want to know will I ever get service from the carrier company? If you are unable to provide the service Please let me know, I would like to escalate this to the higher authorities in your company and others in the government and consumer protection authorities.

                      I want Carrier to replace my AC as your technicians have broken it down and now they are just not ready to come and fix it, its been more than 3 weeks now I am chasing them with minim or no response.
                      Complain no[protected] /[protected]

                      I had opened an ticket with Carries on 4th March with my AC not working and technical did visit the my house in the late evening and after hour of two of inspection they said my outdoor unit PCB has gone bad and that needs to be taken to the service centre for further inspection, in the process of removing my both In-door and Out-door PCB they broke the AC pipe and the entire gas leak happened.
                      4th March : Complain no[protected] Technical visited took the PCB and broke by AC pipe and gas leak. (MD Rahber Alam – [protected])
                      5th March: technical called up and said that the outdoor PCB was bad and that needs to be replaced and that would cost me 12500/- (PH: [protected])
                      I called up one of my known carrier dealer and he said he would arrange the PCB and the technician can return the old PCB and when the new one arrives they can come and install it, I informed the same to the technical and he agreed to send the old PCB.
                      6th March: I called the technician for the old PCB he said he will send it. (PH: [protected])
                      7th March: 6th march: I called the technician for the old PCB he said he will send it. (PH: [protected])
                      8th March: I had to call the Carrier customer care and got in touch with someone from the escalation team, I explained the situation and they said they would help.
                      I got back the old PCB on the 8th EOD.
                      18th March: I got the new PCB.
                      20th March – I called the technician for the installation, and he said he would come (Its been 3 weeks no one has turned up) (PH: [protected])
                      27Th March – Complain no[protected] I called up the Carrier customer care and got in touch with the escalation team and they assured me that they will get the AC problem fixed by evening and they also said that it was cost me 600/- which I was ok to pay.                       5th April: I called the carrier customer care again to follow up and they said they are looking in to the matter and they will arrange for a call back which I have not received it till date. (Shaikh Yaseen – [protected])
                      10th April – I am still waiting for the technician to fix the AC which he had broken.

                      I need a New AC for all the mental harassment my family an I am going through because of the technician

                      Today a technician came from carrier to check on the AC and I am not surprised he had more to my problems
                      1. He said the display unit was missing and he was asked me for a display unit, I told him that the technical who came on 4th March has taken things with them and I have given the same to this person so now the display unit is also missing.
                      2. He said the indoor unit is also not functioning which was not matching with the person who called on 5th March and told me.
                      3. He said I will have to pay for the pipe and the AC gas.
                      So currently the entire AC unit is not working, and it appears like its going to cost me equal to the new AC amount.

                      12th April– [protected] – This person called and he did assure me that he will take care of the issue and if needed he will collect the AC from my home and get it fixed at the service center and return it in a working condition, he asked us to send the pictures of the PCB and the model no and other details which were sent to him, post that date there is no updated from this person.
                      13th April[protected] – Customer care called to check if the issue was fixed and informed them that there is no progress made.
                      20th April[protected] – Customer care called to check if the issue was fixed and informed them that there is no progress made. The CC guy connect me to a person called Srinivas [protected], will keep you updated on the progress

                          AC was showing less cooling and water leakage. After working for about 30 min AC turn off automatically showing PO. Called customer care service and two service men came to check. They said board of both outdoor and indoor units needs to be changed and it will take one week. Within 1 hour of installation of changed board AC shown the same old problem. Same day itself service men said the compressor is need of repair and taken parts of ac along with them. After few days they came back saying they can't repair it, installed back whatever they took and refunded the money paid for the boards. Its totally ruined. Atleast AC was working before for limited time, now its not even getting turned on. Is this how the service works

                            Newly Purchased Carrier Hybrid Jet AC's compressor has gone faulty after 4 months of working. It's been 15 days that I am being following with them and no commitment has been given when the AC can be made functional.
                            What a pathetic service provider.

                              I complained regarding my AC flaps replacement on 30th July 2022. Since then I have made several calls to Customer Care of CARRIER, including today, but every time I am given a standard reply that your complaint will be attended to on high priority basis but to no avail.
                              I will appreciate if my complaint is attended to immediately without any further delay.

                                My AC was showing the PO/P4 error, due to which I reached out to Carrier Service centre. They sent a representative name Soumen who was very rude & was using harsh languages. He & the service centre said that the issue is with the AC compressor & that I have to replace the same. We claimed that our AC Compressor is still in the period of warranty & thus they asked us to pay a set up charge of INR 5, 000. Even after getting the new set up...
