Voicce from my one airdope is not accurate...one airdope is not working properly.

I purchased Boat Rockerz 258 Pro in Reliance Digital for 1400 and in less than 2 weeks, the headset didn't turn on. They asked me raise a complaint to avoid delay in getting a replacement product. So, raised a compliant and the product was picked up. The status update is that I'll be hearing from them in 2 days.I waited more than a week and still no update in the status. The major issue is that we are not able to connect with the support team. If you call their number, you will have to wait to atleast 15 mins in the counter and when your call about to be picked, you get a message that team busy and they gonna call back, which never happened. Finally, I connected with them, they said there was no stock and the management hasn't decided what to do in my case. I got really irritated, it's been more than 3 weeks and they haven't decided. After another 2 weeks, I got a replacement product, but ### have sent a different product which is less than the price of the product that I have bought. They think people are dumb and will accept anything they give as a replacement. I would have accepted it, but the product I purchased didn't even last for a month.I couldn't digest that. As we are in a pandemic, I can understand the delay. If i raise a complaint, it's gonna take a month for them to respond. I totally have to forget about 1400. I would suggest not to go for Boat products, their CUSTOMER service is worst.

Hello sir, Its not working after disconnected.. Battery power is so pathetic. I wanna just return this product. Please take necessary action for this. I ordered this on 10 july 2021

I placed an order for airdopes 131 on the website boat-lifestyle.com and it showed it accompanied with a boat mask worth 499. I paid in the website through paytm and money was deducted from my account but no confirmation email came from boAt neither can I track my order with order Id.

I bought this product from Myntra. I ordered this product on 04/06/2021. My invoice was generated on 06/07/2021. I recieved this on 11th of July. Only within a week I faced an that when calling someone. The person on the other end hears an echo sound and also the sound is not clear. This is the biggest problem. This is not satisfactory.

My order not delivered yet it's being delayed for a long time. Order status is still showing pickup exception.

I placed an order on 19th of June. My order id is #492279. Its been a month, but i havent recieved any information about my order. I tried cancelling my order, but could not find option to cancel the order. I could not contact them through customer support also. I tried getting in touch with them on social media sites, but no use.

I am sorry to say that the brand i trusted is not at all upto the mark that i used to think of.
I had purchased boat airdopes 441 last year on June 17 and one of them had stopped working in May so as usual i registered a complaint and in may itself and got my airdopes picked up for replacement or repair on 2nd of june and as mentioned the complainant should have been resolved by 12-24 business days but as you can see it has been one and half month since that and no notification or message has come from the company, Also i have contacted the CUSTOMER care for 15-20 times atleast, everytime they say you problem will be solved by 5 days. All the staff and company are ### and i recommend not purchasing item from this company at all

I booked ORDER NUMBER: #438162 June 6 th and due to their late shipping I cancelled my order Jun 8 refund still not received even after one and half months I tried of calling they still saying wait for 3days they saying same thing every time, I don't know how to act help me ( sorry for bad English)

I ordered wired earphones worth INR 399. The amount has been deducted from my account thrice as the page kept redirecting.
Kindly refund my 399×2 = 798 rupees to my account as soon as possible!
The order was placed successfully the third time but amount was debited all the three times I tried to order.

Sound is good but it's button is so much irritating.
Sometimes that starts works automatically and because of that I faced the problem of increasing and decreasing volume automatically even when I don't want to do that.
And this all happened on the first day o[censored]se

I was purchased boat rockerz 335 raging red on 13/06/2021. Then the product stopped working on 07/07/2021. And I returned the product to the boat service center through the boat complaint website. Today (17/07/2021) I got a replaced product from boat. But the product changed. This is boat rockerz 450 on ear headphone. I Wants a new boat rockerz 335 raging red.

Oreded on July 2nd 2021.
But still not received and the delivery date shown was 9th of July . And it was very urgent for me to take online classes but now am just donno what to do .
Or else can I get my money back I don't want tat airdopes . I had to buy a new one instead of waiting for the delivery of my Airdopes which I have ordered.

Sound problem ho rahi hai

Multiple Issues -
First in Order #508846, I ordered 2 headphone however Received only one.
- Missing one headphone into delivery box.

Second I did request for return refund ticket[protected], Sent Email, Multiple calls on support desk, Everyone just mentioning, it will be done. however almost a month but not yet any return request initiated.

Sound quality is bad..Both side of earphone is damaged

I have email boat CC several times for claiming the warranty through boat directly. I have not received any resolution till now. My nearest service centre dont have some product so i ma facing issue, my 1 year warranty is about to expired

My headphones was returned but when I got the product that was empty parcel received

Left one is not working

Regarding Boat Airdopes 441. Even after being in the box whole day, the maximum time they can be used without getting discharged is only half hour. And even when charged, the voice is unclear and lagging. I sincerely request to replace my product since it is within the warranty period.
