I regester my complaint on April...till now my complaint not rectified..please do the needful.atleast tell me that how long it will take.service engineer came to my home and checked the product.they found circuit board is complaint and have to replace .. they will order and replace within days.but three months over. No repley and follow up from both sides.kindly tell me what you can do an what I have the do for rectifying my complaints

Purchased Boat Stone Grenade speaker from Amazon. Got the same replaced multiple times for issue with Start/Stop button but everytime, button stops working within 2-3 days of getting the product.

BOAT TICKET 2544737 Almost 3 weeks happened No response about my product. I have never seen this much customer treatedd. even I called many times to BOAT CUSTOMER care No response even no one is picking the call. still, I did not get my product. I will never use this product better return my money. it really frustrating.

I have registered a complain for my Bluetooth, is was not working properly. and my product had been picked up on 13 may 2021 for replacement. till now i have called with customer care more than 15 times. every time he/she tell us we will dispatch it within 2/3 days, some time says 1 week.
but my product is not dispatch yet.
now i feel that 'boat' is a fraud company. and i am cheated with this company.
please take an action against this fraud.

I have purchased boat rockerz 225 bluetooth headphones from Amazon on 09/06/2020.in may 2021 the stopped getting charged.so i registered a warranty claim on boat site and even talked to customer service about concern they said they will pick up the product within 7 days from my location.
So i got pick up number and tracking status of my return pick up.
But after 2 days the pickup partner didn't gave any updates of my pickup.the last location i tracked was the location near by my area around 30kms.but they didn't reach upto my location for pickup.the last date i tracked was 4/06/2021.i claimed my warranty on 2/06/2021.now the time my warranty period has been expired.but its not my fault .its brands fault.as they are careless and claim fake warranty to people.noe i m trying back to call customer service they keep me telling in 3 days we will generate your pickup.so this process is going on From last 1 month and yet no follow up is taken from customer service.i think i need to go to consumers court so that this Fake Brand dont play with fake warranty games with innocent customers.i would never ever recommend buying boat products

Boat micro USB cable charging problems issue

I bought boat airdope 433 around 10 days ago, initially for few days it was working fine but now for last 3-4 days one of the right eardope not working at all . I noticed even its not taking the charging.
Due to lack of nearby support center i find myself in the middle of ocean.
If you guys can arrange the pickup and delivery the working product will be great help otherwise i have live up with this bitter experience.

We were facing battery issue with our boat product (boAt Airdopes 381 active black). Which was under warranty period. So we registered a complaint for service in their official website - https://support.boat-lifestyle.com

On 3rd June our product was picked up from their assigned employee & product reached servicing center at Padagha on 5th June.
Till now no updates have been provided in the website. Everytime when we call their customer service, they say"It will be updated in 3/4/5/7 days". For every 5 days we are calling them & they are saying the same thing since 5th June & no feedback have been asked regarding the service of the company.
Really we are facing a lot of issue in absence of our product. Kindly help us to fix it asap.

I buy buds last month I facing issue in using that the sound not came properly on call person can't able losing our voice kindly the process for chage it under warranty kindly look into it urgently

One of the piece dismantled while pulling from the unit. Since it was under warranty, I raised a complaint, however, even after the 2nd complaint, sharing the complete details, I received faulty replacement. The replacement piece seemed to be used products, which might have been returned as they were faulty and the same been sent to the customers who raised complaints. It is ridiculous and truly not expected from Boat, with the products above INR 1999. Today, I raised another complaint as I received the replacement of which the left ear piece is not working. It could have been figured so easily as even the indicator light does not glow. I doubt whether a quality check is performed.

The courier partner has received the product on 22nd may. there is no updated in it. when i call customer care then they say give 48hrs time. sorry for the inconvenience like this 14 days one n half month has passed. kindly look to it and return the product. very bad service not also the costumer care also have proper details. really disgusting.

Hello, I've ordered airdopes from boat website logged in as a guest, after 2 days of receiving the order they were not functioning properly and had to restart them 3-4 times, and the sound quality is also very poor. i need place a replacement or return for this product.
