        I ordered door to door service for my airdrops 441 blue ticket no is 2496623. Delivery agent take my airdrops on 22 jun 21 and after servicing when delivery agent came to delivery I received a stone in package in front of delivery agent and i refuse to take delivery. I want my airdrops 441 as soon as possible.

              I gave the damaged product to the pick up executive and the company received the product on 25th May and there is no update to me since then from the company regarding the delivery. Every time I contact the customer support executive they are telling me to wait for 7 more days. It has been 45 days since I raised the complaint and I didn't receive any information regarding the same.

                I bought this product in october 2020 via amazon it was working all fine suddenly when i charged it last time its case was not taking charge i tried changing charger that also didn't work so i dont know why its not charging

                    Hi,

                    I requested for a service of my boat storm watch under warranty ticket no 2499833 on 8th June as per instruction the product was handed to courier and it was received at service center on 11th June. Also I got update on 14th June that replaced product is dispatched with AWB[protected]. But that tracking number is false.
                    Till date I have not received the product, also for past 15 days I'm calling and sending mail every day to customer service but no response or they are saying each time same answer that issue is escalated and i will get response within 24 to 48 hrs.
                    I am now worried if I will get my product back itself

                      I tried registering complaint through support site but not able to submit, everytime iy shows error .
                      My earpods has stopped working neither it is getting charged . It is still under warranty period so I want replacement urgently

                            I have registered complaint on June 5 and pick up was arranged door to door . So from courier partner bluedart came and collected the product and I tracked the product using ticket Id[protected]. On June 8th only I received the last status. I need the exact status of the replacement product immediately. It's almost a month since I registered the complaint and I tried to connect with customer support and sent multiple mail but did not receive any update from BOAT. Kindly resolve this issue on priority.

                              I had registered a complaint on boAt website regarding my issue of slow charging, when the delivery executive came to pick up the product so i had given my 1.Boat WCD QC3A 18W Quick Charge 3.0, 2.boAt Deuce USB 300 2 in 1 Type-C & Micro USB both.
                              I had received the replacement of the wall charger but they have given me a different charging cable which is cheaper than my cabale

                                    I have purchased boat airdopes 131 active black in the month of feb but due to some defect I returned the order and filed for exchange . It’s June end and my order has not been arrived yet I have done several complaints on instagram but they have taken no response. I don’t want the product anymore because i[censored] can’t give the product on time then beyond the time it’s not worth it. I kindly request u to make my refund from boat .

                                        I have placed an order on 27th June on website on Boat, payment was successful for the order but since then there is no update about my order,
                                        My order id is -513573.
                                        Most of the order which are after this order number are now in transit state but my order not even dispatched.
                                        Customer care is not available for order related issue.
                                        Their mail box is full, mail is not getting delivered on this mail id.
                                        This was the response from mail box.

                                        Your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now.

                                        I don't understand if they can't process the orders timely then why they are taking orders and payments in advance.
                                        After making payment customer is chasing them for there order.
