I have issued a complaint regarding my BOAT AIRDOPES 431 and it was exchanged but i got back a wrong product. I got BOAT AIRDOPES 131 instead of BOAT AIRDOPES 431. So i request you to give my product back.

Hello, i have purchased boat airdope dc edition from boat offical website on 13 may 2021 but still not received my boat airdope and i called many time some says your order will be deliver within 3-4 days and other person said your refund has been done but when i see my bank details there were no refund back then i called again to the custtomer care they said your order is on the way. Overall they are fooling me and disconnetcing phone. My tracking id 359520.

I had handed over my Boat Airdopes 402 for replacement to your pick up agent on 29/05/2021 from Raipur. While tracking with ticket number its shows the product delivered to Padagha and shows company seal on Recipient and that date was 01/06/2021. After that I didn't get any status updation about the product .my ticket number is 2417466. Kindly solve this matter and replay to me

I have purchased a neckband from boat model number is 265v2 but they did not respond regarding the issue from 2 months and after that they said we do not have that product model for replacement. so i said please provide another model of my choice but they did not gave me that and said we will provide you 80 percent refund and i said yes. next day they said we are dispatching your product because we have that product now in our stock bit after wasting one week they provide me wrong product model i.e 255 pro and i dont need that and now they are saying you have to wait again.

Sir i have purchased boat Aavante bar 2000 16 0W bluetooth in October 28 when i have tried to use it the power was not supplying in it the bluetooth speaker is now completely damaged and not in use this problem was from boat and i got 1 year warrenty chance to replace it so please i request you tho please replace my product and give me new one

I ordered a boat airdops 441 pro and I paid for product and 8 days over still know order is not dispatched
But boat product is good
But I dont know that boat lifestyle website is one of the worst delivery service in this world because they cannot mention the time or date while ordering the product only online payment only
I thought that they told in delivery policy within 3to5days but I waited and still know order is not dispatched
If you can please help me with speed delivery within 4days after that I'm going to work if you cant delivery in time please cancel my product imidetly and refund my full amount back
So that I can go with this same product in Amazon because they have fast delivery within 2 days so that I can enjoy your product
If you delivery after 29JUN2021 I dont want your product because I will not available to take a delivery because I told I'm going to work
If you think you can easily escape from me
And dont say that silly reason
Everything is your mistakes
There is no perfect delivery date or time...
And dont think peoples are blind
Ur same product other websites are delivery in 2 to 3 days
Only ur website is playing with customers

It's my humble request to all plz don't buy any product from boat because the product are useless defective.
I was raise complain for waranty my product was replaced but it should not be solved..

I was ordering earphones and when i go for payments my money jas been deducted but order wasn't placed due to some technical glitch. So please provide me the refund . I am adding the proof of the payment

I purchased a boAt rockerz 255 with a discount coupon, that means I was purchased 1099/- rs headphone in rs 949/- then I cancelled it and I got a message from them that is 'we cancelled your order and you will get your refund in 5-7 days but it is almost 8 days but I didn't get any refund and when I want to contact them it wasn't worked.
Now I'm really scared, so I request please refund me ASAP.

Hi its Abhishek, I've raised a complaint of my product boat 330 Bluetooth headset on 7 may and its been delivered to boat service center already on 14 may as i can see it in bluedart tracking id -[protected] but its been almost 2 months but theres no updates from boat and whenever i call boat customer support they say it will be delivered to me in 4-5 working days and I've already made 4 to 5 complaints but nothing working please help me

I brought Avante Bar 3100D from boAt Order Date 15th April 2021, Product delivered on 22nd April 2021 and raised request for return on 23rd April 2021 (mentioned as defective product - as HDMI port was not working), BoAt team reject the refund on 27th April without mentioning any reasons, on the same day called customer care but there was no explanation.
After that called several time still no resolution.

Thought wasted INR 12, 000 but still no using so raised issue under warrenty but that also no response, no one attended.

I have raised a complaint about boat rockerz 255f pro earphones that I bought from Flipkart and it stopped working, Therefore I created complaint about it and pick up person came from blue dart and collected my earphones, Tracking is showing that product has reached to them, but after that, there is no update from them and no one is answering on call or email. Every time I call then it says busy but when I get connected via call then no one from the call center picks up the phone.

Please help me get a replacement or a refund.

I ordered a product on boat website at 9 June it was a pre paid order.
The product was hand over to xpressbees courier.
When I ordered it showed the delivery date was 18 June then after few days when I tracked it showed 19 June and then it's showing 22 Jun and today Is already 21 June and still the product is very far from my location and I guess it will take a lot more time to deliver.
Please look into this ASAP.

There is no need to accept the orders if you can not deliver the product at the mentioned location, where products from other sites and courier services are deliverable frequently.
The delivery person has called and told us to receive the product from a nearby hub or you may cancel the order...What nonsense issue.
Kindly, resolve the issue today itself. Do not harm the interest of customers for Boat products, just because of a foolish kind of delivery issue.
