I have ordered boat rockerzz 261 bluetooth earphones (blue) on March 8th, 2021. I was having boat rockerz 550 red headphone. But due to charging issue i claimed for warranty benefits. They picked up my headphone, and after 25 days i got a mail that i will be getting a replacement product. Now collectively its been more than 45 days, i have not received my replacement product.
