Referring to the above subject it is very disappointing to see the kind of response we receive from customer support team. Complaint was raised on 15th May, 2021 and product was picked on 17th May 2021. Post that there is no update in ticket nor there is response in email. Whenever we call customer care only false promises are made and always been informed we would be responded on email and status would be updated in ticket. This is such a irresponsible and casual approach towards the customer from service team.

    Its been 26 days that my product is picked up for warrenty claim and still its pending i didn't get any information about the product nor any delivery please deliver my product as early aas possible.also the customer executive were giving unsatisfied answers.do improve your service

      My product not delivered by courier support...when i called courier support they simply saying that they have lost my product and it will take some time to further process.Shipment was done by the boat team 15days ago but because of carelessness of courier support i can't get it at my door step.

      my ticket id is: 2480301 I had registered complaint on 5th of june 2021 for warrenty claim, and after replacing my product, it was succefully shipped at delivery centre. But I have not received the delivery yet. when I called delivery centre regarding to delivery, they said that they had lost my product from there centre. Please take some action as soon as possible. now i am loosing my hopes. Will I get my headphones back or not? Delivery centre name: Xpressbees., contact no:9322360076 Steps taken by company: 5th june: complaint registered. 7th june: complaint approved. 7th june: product picked up by Blue Dart. 10thjune: replaced product left the service centre and picked by courier partner (xpressbees). Today is 25th of june still not received delivery. Take some actions as soon as possible. Your service disappointed me very much.

                            I have purchased a home theatre model boat avante 1800 on 5th November 2020 but unfortunately after some months o[censored]sage it stopped working. I raised a complaint request
                            on 22nd April 2021 for the same as the product is within the warranty period. Still no solution has been given by the team.

                                My Order no #409409 it’s showing as delivered but it’s not yet delivered. I dont know how the courier partner is much careless. And Customer service is also worst. For the first time i have ordered headphones but I didn’t received it. That’s why I recommend you all to never ever order from Boat website you can either choose Amazon it’s the bestest & most Valuable Company to buy online.

                                  I had placed the order #425346 on June 2, 2021. My payment was successful.

                                  On June 3, 2021, I got email saying that my order got cancelled.I thought due to COVID situation, the order got cancelled automatically.

                                  As per their policy, refund amount should get credited in 5-6 days. It's more than 15 days now, still the amount 1199/- was not refunded in my bank account.

                                  Tried sending email to their help desk [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, getting the following response.

                                  "Your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now."

                                    I raised a complaint on 27 may 2021 about rockerz 255 pro one side sound problem my shipment is done on 29 may 2021 but till now i don't get my product . When i will get my product please inform me already 20 days is completed to shipment .
