    I have given my BOAT AIRDOPES 441 for warranty related repair, it's been 2 months since they are with them and whenever I call them they just say they will give update in a week but neither give update nor my product, and whenever I call them they cut my call while talking.

      I claimed warranty for my product. So delivery boy picked the product from my location on 22 may 2021. But after that i didnt recieved any update on my product niether I recieved my product back. Its been 25 days since my product was picked up.

        I am order boat airdopes 402 on 21 may and my order is delivered on 1 June but after some days I face a issue with airdopes and I apply for exchange my product the my request is successfully approved andy order is picked up after one day from approved request and on 14 June my product is reached their warehouse but after that they change my exchange request to refund request but still they no refund to me please help to back my Money as soon as possible my ticket number is 169370

            My product was taken from me on 10 may and still I can't get my product when I try to call on customer care they ask me for enter ticket no. So when I enter my no. They again and again asking me to enter ticket no. And some time call disconnected

              Hello,

              I ordered Boat Rockers 450 on 5th May 2021. Order ID: 339410.

              But they only delivered me the Boat Mask which was free with headphones.

              Upon putting up various mails and also contacting customer care after many back to back calls and wastage of my time, I got in touch 4th June with their care team who assured me that it will dispatched by today 7th June but again there is no update given to me.

              It was prepaid order and after payment they have not given us the product and fooled us.

                I was using boat basshead 152 within 7-8 month mic and right side earbud was not working, so I sent it for repair...now after the repair I got the wrong product hich is of other brand (I love zt). Please help me in this concern.

                            I orderd boat airdopes 381 trebel collection on June 1 2021, it has boat mask free on it as per them my order was splitted into 2 parts from which I got the mask which was free on airdopes but its more than 15 days I called their customer care they said my order was cancelled because stock is not available but the didn't inform me about that and when I ask about refund they are saying it will take 30 days. my order id is 423663. there mail ids are not working I want my product or my refund as soon as possible.

                                I had ordered airdops 381 from boat . Upon usage i realized that the sound on one side is very faint and the other side is proper. I tried cleaning it but the problem still remains . It has been 2 days since i had registered a complaint there has been no response and tried contacting the nearby service Centre too it says the number does not exist . I have even sent an email to boat regarding . I have not been able to contact the customer service . I need an exchange for this product as soon as possible . Understanding the COVID restrictions kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

After 2 months base of soundbar was not working properly. I had complant in past but no action had been taken by your company.                                   I was purchased a Boat Aavante Bar 2000 160 W Bluetooth Soundbar on 30 December 2020, Order ID- OD[protected]. After 2 months base of soundbar was not working properly. I had complant in past but no action had been taken by your company. I am sure that you will take proper action on my complaint whereby the relation between customer and company be good.
