[protected] : I purchased a boAt headphone
I started facing issue in the product and tried for weeks to reach to their customer service via phone / emails but no luck.
I visited their Customer service centre in New Delhi and it was also closed.
They allowed to pickup the product from my hometown Mirzapur, U.P.
On[protected], I generate a ticked request to pickup the product. Ticket No: 2339596.
On[protected], the Bluedart delivery agent picked up my order and was successfully delivered to them on[protected]. Courier Ref ID: 2339596.
I haven't received any update after this. It's been over 3 weeks but no luck. I tried calling them too.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Not Refunded ..pls credit soon
