Battery issue, voice not clear...

The boats speaker are really bad and within a week of its use there were some issue. Registered a complaint for replacement which has not been approached d by the team sincerely. No update and zero customer support from the team. Even called the customer care many times and every single time they say the replacement will be issued in next 2 days. Worst experience and will never buy the products from it again....

I bought a boat storm watch in the month of feb and the watch is not booting by the month of june...

I claimed warranty for my House of Marley earphones on 27th May...it has reached the service hub on 28th May has still haven't returned back to me 10 days has passed...my ticket no is 2426494...your customer care and warranty query no is not working and no one is responding to my mails...Kindly look in the matter and resolve it and send back my earphones asap......

I actually ordered a boat rockerz 330 on their official website..my order id is 413323.But till today it has not been dispatched. When it took 20 minutes to reach customer care on call but they all said different reasons..no proper response from boat..I'm really frustrated don't know when my order will be dispatched. They have my money and my product..I can do nothing....

Headphone is not working...

I have sent one of my product for replacement but it's almost 2months but the product hasn't been replaced And there isn't any kind o[censored]pdate regarding the product, I have complaint regarding the issue but no response...

I had claimed warranty for boat 441 earbuds.I sent the complete package with earbuds, charger, spare buds. In return I got only the earbuds....

The right side eardope is getting discharge faster and faster like in 20-25mins and it always says battery low.
So there is some battery problem in right eardope....

These product are defective.I bought from Paytm mall Boat bassheads 242 black and orange, and it's not even six months these have stopped working.
Last month boat bassheads 242 orange a month ago the right side of the headphone stopped working and now the left side of the headphone stopped working.And about boat bassheads 242 the headphones so fragile that left side of the headphone got easily broken. If this is the quality of boat...

I have complained about my Boat Rockerz 450 headphone on April 8th 2021 and they picked up on 11th April 2021 and it has been 2 months but they don't send it. I haven't received any updates regarding the status of my product. Last status shown was "Replacement Product issued" on 13/04/21, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update.

On may 9 i made a replacement for my headphones and a courrier service taken my headphones on 10 may. And after that ther is no proper message from boat but the tracking product shows the shipment had arrived the hub and yesterday while I check again there is data related than thing and they are again made a courrier replacement for my product on same complaint id. So please check this issue and give me a solution...

I have a Boat Bassheads 100 vibrant (green) which has been damaged because I cannot hear its sounds from one side of the earphone.
I would have followed the normal protocol o[censored]sing my warranty but the issue is that in the product list the colour vibrant (green) isn't available, other colours are available.
What am I supposed to do?...
