My warranty claim is being denied on the basis of just a damaged ear net .There is not any other damage and it is intact .The problem is one side stopped working .It should be covered in warranty but the claim is being denied.If they are not providing replacement, at least they should repair the damage side.

I would like to escalate that even after several (5 times) replacement and follows up mails, neither the replaced model 138 working nor new model is replaced nor refund.

We are really upset with the worst service ever. We trusted this brand and purchased, not even a month we used the product from the date of purchase till date even after 5 replacements.
