This is my first experience of buying any product(s) directly via Boat website. To be honest it became like harassment! After ordering, I had to wait a long time with no update via email or message or any other means on my order until I dropped the email where my order is? Finally somehow I received the order now the irony is that the package contained only one item i.e. TRebel Airdopes 131 - Lightpink × 1 (see the attached) and BOAT Rockerz 261 - Red × 1 is missing, not delivered yet.

Please be noted that in between...
1) I tried to chat on your chat boat. It also ended with no luck as I could not find the option to choose missing items. So it seems your fancy chat boat is just for fun and I became the victim of your latest technology!

2) I called up the order delivery # +91 [protected], he simply told please contact the Boat.

3) Now today I called on Boat helpdesk # +[protected] dated on Monday 19th April 2021, Strangely I could not get a complaint number to refer in future incase I call back to Boat helpdesk. Upon asking I got the excuse that the complaint number is not provided over call I have to email!

This is why I am terming it as harassment!!! By the way I am still waiting for their reply or my missing item to dispatched...

I have purchased BoatHeadphone head bass 100 on 23-May-2021.But i did not got an invoice for my order and from the purchase date to till date[protected].
I have sent more than 4 times email to boat support and trying to call boat support team but unfortunately didn't connect.

My boat progear band is broken, it's been less than an year. That too I am not a heavy user of fitness bands. The band quality is so pathetic that it has broken within a year. They have no replacment for it, and there are no replacment bands available in the market for it. The customer care no. Provided never goes through.

I had start facing charging issue in my headphones then u claim warranty door to door service on 31 may and it is now 12 days since i had register complaint i didnt get my headphones back please help me my ticket no is 2444893...

One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 14 april 2021and product is picked on 15 April 2021, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover from 8 june 2021, its been 58 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

From yesterday my earphone one side is not working

I made a complaint for the replacement of my earphones on 25 may the ticket no is 2433043. My product has been taken by the courier service and according to them my product has arrived the hub on 31 may. But still now i didn't recived my product and also i didn't recieved any notfications.

But till now i didn't recived my product and also i didn't recieved any notfications from them.so please look into this and give a proper solution..and i want my replacement as soon as possible.

Its been nearly 2 months in the mounth of April 19 I Uday Kiran Reddy raised a requested you to replace my product as soon I raised requested with 3 to 5 days products has been collected by agent but ite nearly 2 months but still my new product is not yet delivered
