          They didinot deliver my earphone. When I checked or track it it show they delivered the product like shipment deliver. But didnot deliver it to me . Please help me

              I ordered boat bassheads 100 wired headset in website but it is not showing any order

              Hi,
              I ordered a boat BassHeads 100 wired headset from boat official website. Also paid the amount through Paytm and transaction was successfull but I didn't get an reply or message from email or SMS. I have the order ID in Paytm transaction slip but when I placed that order ID number in the "track my order" in boat website it is showing as no order is placed .

              Ordered through Boat website and I didn't receive any...

                  Sir I had raised a service ticket number is 2394061 for exchange of wired headphone and the Courier Service provider had collected the product from me on 26/05/2021. I want to know the status of my complaint and how many days it will take to get the product exchanged and delivered to me.

                    I claimed warranty on my airdopes 381 and on 27th May. I was told that my replaced product will dispatch in 5 days. When I tracked my product through the courier service that Boat provided me, it showed that the shipment was delivered to someone in a village of Maharashtra on 31st May while the ticket status shows that it's yet to be dispatched. I mailed regarding this issue several times but they didn't replied.
                    I want my product back or the complete refund. If they don't resolve this, I'll make sure no one in my contact buys anything from Boat company.

                          I recently requested for a replacement of my boat rockerz 255 pro navy blue with ticket Number 2389545. I got the replacement product today. But it is damaged too... Why are you behaving to your customers. Even the ear hooks are missing. Please respond ASAP.

                            I gave my product a little more than two months ago (2nd April) as it had a restarting and connection problem to boat support via door to door support (Ticket no. 2213557). I have called like 100 times from the past two months and all I get told is to wait for the next week. I'm told this is due to the 15 days lockdown in Maharashtra but all the complaints from even 10 days ago are resolved but not mine from 2 months ago. I think I'm being scammed of my product by the company. I demand a full refund or a replaced product as soon as possible. I'll also tweet about this and make sure everyone interested in buying their products gets to know about the service of the company.

                              I have purchased boat air dopes 201 from Amazon a year ago. But after using it for few months I am facing a problem in the ear dope. It is discharging very fast, even when it placed in charging case it is getting discharge. That makes alot of inconvinience and even its customer care response soo poor. So kindly accept my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible

                                  I raised a ticket for replacement of my earphones on 18th april. My product was picked on 21st april by the courier company. As per the tracking status my product was replaced and sent to courier company on 10th may.

                                  Howerver after that i have not recieved any communication neither i have recieved my product.

                                  Kindly look into the issue as this is creating lot of frustration.

                                      To whomsoever it may concern,

                                      My boat airdopes 441 stopped working after few months under warranty period. I filed online complaint at boat website on 22nd may, 2021. My ticket number is 2384268. They picked up my product on 3rd day. I got no updates regarding the product even after 12 days. I emailed them. They told to wait for another 48 hours. After 14 days, i didn't receive any solution and the product was with them. I wrote again, still got the same reply to wait. After 16 days of sending my earbuds, they are not solving the issue. It's the case of fraud and stealing the item. I am going to take legal action within national consumer forum.

                                      My only advice: Never ever buy any boat products, their products are cheap because their quality and service is poorest.
