My boat airdopes 121v-2 black was purchased on 4th february'2021 has stopped completely even the battery is full and both earbuds are out of order and there is no any signals in it.

    I have raised a warranty claim request for my boat airdrops 611(ticket No 2273338) on 19th April. The item was picked up on 24th April. After pickup, the item reached tot their service centres on 8th May. Since then there is not even a single update from the boat team about my product even after multiple complaints through phone and email. I expected a delay due to the covid pandemic but the delay is getting very long. They are taking customers for granted and could not even consider providing an update over the ticket. They disconnect my call right after I clearly explain my issue due to which I have to explain everything again. After several phone calls, I got to know that the testing is finished and the product is subjected to a replacement. But the surprise is that the product is out of stock and they are not aware of when it is going to be available again for replacement.
    As you can see in the below screen captures I raised multiple complaints since the testing phase is started.
    I want to get a refund because it has been more than a month since they took my earphones and they are not considering my difficulty with my situation without those earphones. They are just keeping the customers wait and forget their hard-earned money. These kinds of companies should be banned from India. Which I think can improve our quality of life, or please take strong action against such brands and help people live their life happily.

    its been more than 2 months now and they are not responding properly, always cut the call in between and I had to call them again and explain whole situation.

    they are just ignoring the customers like they don't care about their warranty policies. I would not suggest buy boat again to anyone.

    I had registered the complaint about the boat airdopes121 v2 via ticket no. 2385463 on 21st May and its more than 16 days I am not getting even a single update about the product. The earpods suddenly stopped working in the warranty period which needs to be claimed by boat. The product was picked up in 2 successive days and reached their hub as shown by the third party delivery service as directed by boat. Its more than prescribed time period since I m not getting a single update from boat support. And more surprisingly it is showing the product would be picked up in 4 days. Although they had already picked up the product and its in their hub. They are not even replying to the mails not responding calls. This is a very odd behavior from boat side. They are taking us for granted and sending us products showing defects within a year and then taking the product and not returning it neither responding to any mails or calls

      I want to purchase a product from boAt app, therefore I want to check whether my pin code is available for shipping / delivery or not.

      My address is :-

      Region : India.
      State : Jammu and Kashmir.
      District : Shopian.
      Pin Code : 192303.
      Street / Village : Gahind, Hermain.
      Tehsil : Hermain.
      House number : 59.

      Actually I have ordered twice from boAt application and it showed me that the delivery is available on your address but both the times my order was cancelled. And the customer care executive told me to mail you.
      So, I request you to check whether the mentioned address is available for delivery or not . And please also check that is there any shipper / courrier partner ready to ship product to the mentioned address?
      Please let me know as quickly as possible.

            I have filed an complaint (Ticket no 2357844) for warranty claim of boat airdopes 171 blue on 14th May 2021 and my product was picked up on 17th may from my address at 11:30 AM, but i recieced a mail from boat informing that my product pickup was cancelled at around 9AM.The ticket status showed that my product was pickedup and delivered by bluedart service.I mailed them back about the issue but the mail didn't recieve any response, so i sent yes for arranging the pickup again. Ticket status is showing my product will be pickeup but I'm not aware where my product is due to no proper response from both the boat service and the bluedart courier service. There has been a lot of problems due to this in my daily study routine because of this. So i request you to take appropriate action and as to get me know where my product is. Attached screenshot of recent ticket status and the mails i recieved.

              It is saying that the delivery will be done within 18-20 days
              but in my case its more than 22 days.
              I will not tolerate as 20 days are even more for returning product to any customer.

                There was a charging issue in my headphone it was not getting charged, so i raised complaint on 16 may 2021 and product is picked on 21 may 2021, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover . Now 2 june 2021, its been 18 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

                Please help here i want my headphone as early as possible...

                  My name is mousam singh,
                  On 13th may i was ordering an earphone boat rockerz 255 pro .But in my 1st transaction it shows that money sent to boat but did not get any confirmation of order placed, they show that payment not confirmed.
                  So i order 2nd time and paid again and this time order get confirmed and this time i get an order number.After some days i canceled the order which was place and raise a refund.

                  But in whole process i get only 1 refund from boat and the other which i paid and didn't get any product confirmation that money is still pending and they are saying from past 18 days that tomorrow tomorrow every time i call customer care..I also sent mail with all detail but still the didn't refund my money which get deducted..

                  Kindly solve this issue .I am providing you both transaction detail .
                  1st payment for which product didn't placed.And 2nd for which order get placed..

                        Boat rockerz 450 broken

                        My boat rockers 450 black in colour has been broken due to bad manufacturing quality of the product, i have been using it from past 4-5 months and have cared for it a lot it has been broken without any external pressure applied on it or due to misshandling or misuse ; it has broken completly due to bad manufacturing quality of the product and i want the replacement of the product as soon as possibel...

                        I have placed an order for Boat Rockerz 550 for Rs. 1799 in the boat website today (31/05/2021). While completing the order, I got deducted but haven't received any Order placed details.

                        How can i get refunded from the Boat team ?

                          Hello Sir
                          I am kumar Vivek Ranjan, 26 april 2021, i claimed my parcel from Gurgaon to Ranchi delivery from Delhivery. After 1 month and I haven't recive my parcel yet and parcel was losted by delhivery. Right now delhivery not help me to find my parcel no customer services available and not any one is come in my contact after complaints . boat customers care no support no reply on email when I was calling on customer care number is unreachable.

                                I have try to place an order on 11th may 2021 from boat official site, The product was Boat Rockers 335 @1249 payed through paytm payments banking via Net banking.

                                When I called the customer service on 12th may they told me “Amount will be refunded in 7 to 15 days” still completing 15 days I didn't get my refund & propper update about this.

                                please intiate refund faster, this is not my mistake

                                      My earphones have been picked up by bluedart on 20th may with way bill number [protected]. And has been reached to its destination but boat is not showing any kind o[censored]pdate they are asking for ackowledgement slip i have not got any kind of slip but i have a proof that my item has been delivered i even talked to boat executive but they are not helping me bliedart executive even told me to solve my problem but nothing has happened. I will file a complaint in consumer court i dont have any option left
