I have raised a warranty claim request for my boat airdrops 611(ticket No 2273338) on 19th April. The item was picked up on 24th April. After pickup, the item reached tot their service centres on 8th May. Since then there is not even a single update from the boat team about my product even after multiple complaints through phone and email. I expected a delay due to the covid pandemic but the delay is getting very long. They are taking customers for granted and could not even consider providing an update over the ticket. They disconnect my call right after I clearly explain my issue due to which I have to explain everything again. After several phone calls, I got to know that the testing is finished and the product is subjected to a replacement. But the surprise is that the product is out of stock and they are not aware of when it is going to be available again for replacement.
As you can see in the below screen captures I raised multiple complaints since the testing phase is started.
I want to get a refund because it has been more than a month since they took my earphones and they are not considering my difficulty with my situation without those earphones. They are just keeping the customers wait and forget their hard-earned money. These kinds of companies should be banned from India. Which I think can improve our quality of life, or please take strong action against such brands and help people live their life happily.

Updated by saikrishna130 its been more than 2 months now and they are not responding properly, always cut the call in between and I had to call them again and explain whole situation.

Updated by saikrishna130 they are just ignoring the customers like they don't care about their warranty policies. I would not suggest buy boat again to anyone.
