No info related to delivery. No confirmation from the boat end .when do they took order serious and delivery the head phones?...

    Finally they pickup my parcel after 34 days and today 14 days completed after but no refund received 😑worst shopping experience ever I never shop from boat app

      Hie, i am one of the customer using boats products.everytime.
      Product what boats give us are much better then the other products in the market.
      But i was having problem with my product and for that i had a customer care contact. From mumbai, fort.
      One of the exploye working there who's name is Amin Chitalwala ([protected]) i had convocated with..in behalf of my problms. was not giving me a good resopnce. I dont know wht he was actully in wich mood. But he was not behaving well with his customers.. as i know boats are the very good product in markets as well as with good customer service. But these peoples working in the company using abused languages... are very much bad assects for the company... i am sry but this behaviour will surly loss one of your happy customers day by day.. thankyou. I hope boats service care may fix this peoples soon..

        Respected sir
        I have ordered a boat product that is Airdopes 511v2 on April 10 and canceled it on 16 April.
        It is now complete 30 days till now I have not received my refund.
        it is very disappointing from a boat. I have never faced an adverse situation like that.
        kindly make my refund as soon as possible.

          I have purchased boat airdopes 511v2 in 1july, 2020.
          Charging issues has come due to that i had registered a complain on service center. Registered complain number is 1878344
          Company provide me a new airdopes 611 in behalf of airdopes 511v2
          Then, in airdopes 611 a new issue was occur and i had registered a new complain regarding this, complain number is 2012835
          Then, i received a different airdopes..its a airdopes 441, and there a another issue is happening on yet.
          Distorted sound and mic issue on calling, noise cancellation is not working.

          After that, i have received a different airdopes, ...its a 441p, and there a another issue is happening on it.
          Sometimes left is working and sometimes right is working.
          Battery backup is also differ..Sometimes left is showing low battery before right and sometimes right is showing low battery before left, but both are completely charged.

          Note:- i am requesting to please provide me a proper working airdopes
          Please provide me a same airdopes 511v2 or same valuable airdopes or costly than 511v2 if it is not available
          Please, don't provide me less than my purchase amout airdopes 511v2

          Note:- please resolve my ticket as soon as possible, i am using this airdopes on my office work.

                  I have purchased Airdopes on 24th Jan 2021 from flipkart.
                  Within the usage of just 3 months the left earpiece is not working, at times it doesn't work at all and at time it does but the volume is low that couldn't even hear at high volume.
                  Also to mention the usage isn't heavy it's just 1 hr daily.
                  So I request to provide me with a new product or refund my amount as 1 year warranty is still valid for me.

There was unequal sound in both airdopes and there was problem of automatic waking up.The complaint was registered a month back - 17/04/21 but i haven't received the product back yet. The last update was 20 days back.

                          I ordered boAt basshead 100 from boat lifestyle official website on 15/05/2020 delivered to me on 19/05/2020. So when I get the packet I opened it and found that the earphone box was already opened nd there was no earphone inside it. I was also recieving various message of delay in delivery till 29/05/21 but then the order suddenly came to me this morning.The order no was 365790. AWB:[protected]. The delivery service involved were shiprocket and Xpressbees.
                          Either give me a new product or refund me my money.

                          Yesterday I faced the same problem. It was about to get delivered on 18th April '22 but all of a sudden it was delivered 2 days earlier and I see an empty box.

                          I'm Avneesh who had purchased a boat music product {eardopes} from boat's official site but i had not registered on site .
                          I made the payment online via E-banking.
                          first of all boat made 7 days delay for order delivery and when i received the delivery. I unboxed it and found empty, nothing is there in the box (shockingly) wtf Are u guys serious literally nothing there was. Idc about that now I want my money back{refund} or a new product else I'm going to file a complain regarding this to cyber crime and consumer complaint that boat had cheated me and done fraudulent . shame one you such a poor management You guys have, where your management is cheating and doing fraudulent to your consumers who trust on you blindly.. I want boat to investigate this properly and refund or give me a new piece.
                          I'm filing a complain tooo now, thats too much ..

                          I ordered airdopes from boat and received an empty box from them only charger is present.
                          They are asking me to wait for ten days for investigation.
                          Did u get your product back or replacement ?
                          Customer service people are telling me that there is no refund option.

                                    I have claimed warranty for a product on 15th April, it reached to their services center on 23rd April and since 1st May it's under testing phase, and they aren't answering to my calls don't have any confirmation about - i will get my product back or not, didn't expect such a poor service from boAt.
