My product is taken from me on 12th april and reached boat center on 20th april but from then there is no response from boat...

I have complained about my Boat Rockerz 450 headphone on April 8th 2021 and they picked up on 11th April 2021 and it has been 20 days but they don't send it. I haven't received any updates regarding the status of my product. Last status shown was "Replacement Product issued" on 13/04/21, after that no status updated on ticket number and no mail or message update.

My headphone and ear buds stop working.I complain on boat warranty service my ticket number is 2218130 and 2218123 they pick my produce on 6 April and on 19 April product has been delivered at their service hub .now they not replying to my mails and not giving me my product it is more then 2 weeks I am waiting for my products....

I bought these six months back and they have sudddenly stopped working it's not even charging please change my earphones and give...

The pick up boy take the boat band from the pickup point.and when i check the status he close the pickup and he don't return my watch also.what type of service your given.pls take good staff not like thife.give any solution other wise i take different actions.cctv footage i can use .i can twite with prof against ur service and fraud....

The leather of the bluetooth headset has been spoil....

I had return my boat airdopes 441 blue but i am not get any refund. customer care member not anwsered properly. my order id 199415....

I have registered claim on 9th of April I haven't received my product yet.Its ok to be delayed but it's been 21 days.since it's a long wait.I want my replacement asap...

Earphone is not working properly and I am facing issue with connectivity. Kindly resolve the issue....

I brought this earphone 15 days back on 15 April have a problem with my Bluetooth headset..

It's now working properly.. Can you please fix the issue or guide me on who can resolve the issue..

I have given my earphone since 1 month but there is so late service for that recovery...

I bought this item in amazon on 05/11/2020 at the intial time it was working good but later within 2months it got issues the right earphone was not working...I just registered a complaint on boat support where they accept my complaint for replacement or refund my money & they gave me a ticket number which was 2281657 on 21/04/2021 then they sent their courier partner from blue dart they collect my boat earphone on 24/04/2021 there they gave...

I purchased boat 100 black wire headfone on 8 jan.2021..and now they are not working properly.voice problem is there.its under warrenty.so kindly exchange headfone. Invoice is attached with this.

I registered a complain against my boat earphone and the item was colkected from me by your courier agent but the warranty claim product was deleivered to other. Customer showing in track the product .


So look into this matter as soon as possible and delivere my product...

Sent the boat team for replacement for my boat 255 bluetooth earphone, they haven't responded anything..
Even they haven't return my own product too.....

Charging issue and also it doesn't provide clear sound...
