My name is Mukul Pandey and i ordered 100 rcb edition wired earphone and Bluetooth neckband on April 28 ...I already made a payment but still not getting any details about my product... I ordered from the official site of boat...please look in to this matter...🙏🙏🙏

They took my not working airpods to service centre but from the day the product reached the centre there is no update I have contacted them through emails and customer service contact number and there is no proper response they are literally ignoring emails and on call the person is not telling me any update on the product
It's been whole month

I have ordered headphones from boatwebsite on 5april but today may 14 still not received my order
And customer service executive giving fake reason and date of delivery

Sir iam chinna l was ordered boat airdopes171 black in amazon in the date of[protected] I have exchanged 2 times in f1 info solutions vizag he give another one but it is also not working pls do exchange

The pickup person did not to pick up the earphone or did not even call for picup either and sending a message said that customer are not avaliable for repeatedly for day.

I had brought boat rockerz 600 2 years back. The headphones are working well, But the earpads of my headphones are completely worn out.
This is where all the good things end. I contacted boat through email in August 2020. Got no response from them. Then I contacted them on facebook they responded with the standard reply register your complaint on boat website.
-- But when you visit boat website it says only register request if the product is in warranty.
It also said visit your service centre. So when I went to delhi I visited Karol Bagh boat service, but they do not service boat rockerz 600. Then I called all the service centre's in Delhi, and the one's that picked the call did not service these headphones.

Then I contacted to you in twitter there also I got the same response register a complaint. But you are not allowed to register a complaint if your product is out of warranty.

-- Problem is the only response they have is register a complaint. And they balantly ignore all the remaining messages.

It has been almost a year and no proper response from boat's end. I am completely fed up of their service.

Is there any service center in India that services boat rockerz 600 headphones?

I m not able to track ma order Plz let me knw the delivery date

I baught rockerz 275 v2 of boAt and after some days the one side of earphones not working so I send it to service centre 7-8days before but still I doesn't get any replacement or progress of return

The one side of my blootooth earphones rockerz 275 v2 is not working so I send it to service centre and it reach successfully as I tracked it now the product testing is going on as I check the ticket progress usually the testing completes in 2 days but the service agent doesn't give any Info about the testing or replacement etc.

I purchase boat earphone whose model is BassHeads 220T wired earphone on 09 June 2020. Now, one side of earphone stop working on 12 May 2021.My earphone is under warranty. Kindly replace it as soon as possible.

Hello please take some action against boat Nirvana company it's not giving proper updates about thier product service on internet

I have buy a boat bluetooth headphone in 20, 2020 on Flipkart and they give a one year warranty but it's not been a year and I complain severel time to boat customer care but they told me to email the problem with their email id . I emailed several time but yet not response. In pandemic why should I go to service center so I call to tell them door to door service but yet no response what I can do pls help us..

I had ordered of Boat Xplorer on dated 1 May 2021 my order # 327600 but I have not yet received the product so I kindly request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible i have been communicated with the xpressbees customer representative I told them for order returning because i can not waiting for it.

I have to register for warranty thereby I searched for nearby service centers. I understand currently there is lockdown effective in city therefore I tried calling but no service center is receiving my calls.
